Valencia incorporates three hotels with a Michelin Key, the new distinction for extraordinary hotels.

Equivalent to Michelin Stars for restaurants, the popular French guide has just released the first list of hotels with a Michelin Key in Spain, which includes three hotels from València: Helen Berger Boutique Hotel, Only You Hotel Valencia, and Caro Hotel.
This is a new award to recognize the most extraordinary hotels in the country, after evaluating each accommodation in five different categories: architecture and interior design, quality and consistency of service, personality and general character, value for money, and significant contribution to the guest's experience in a specific environment.

Caro Hotel

Next to the Turia Garden is the Caro Hotel, a five-star accommodation that has been granted the recognition. This boutique hotel is known for being located in a former 14th-century palace and having been declared a historic monument. This distinction is proudly manifested through elements such as the 12th-century Arab wall in the restaurant, as well as the medieval coffered ceilings and Moorish arches present in the rooms. The elegant library and the multiple outdoor terraces, one of them with a small pool, add appeal to the whole, as well as its restaurant "Alma del Temple", whose design and cuisine are inspired by the rich Roman, Arab, and Christian roots of the city.

Helen Berger Boutique Hotel

Located in the heart of the city's historic center, the Helen Berger Boutique Hotel is the only four-star hotel among the three accommodations awarded with the Key. It stands out for its elegant and contemporary design, the sophisticated style of its rooms, and its bar and restaurant, with continuous service and a very good gastronomic proposal.

Only You Hotel Valencia

A five-minute walk from the previous one and next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento is the Only You Hotel Valencia, the other five-star hotel in València with a Michelin Key. Its lookout with panoramic views of the city, the gym, the comfort of its rooms, and the modern design of its facilities are striking. It also has a chic bar and a restaurant that mixes innovation and tradition with local products.
