Make the most of your stay in the city
The Valencia Tourist Card is your best ally for moving around the city and enjoying its museums and monuments without limits. Choose the card that's right for you, depending on how long you are going to be in Valencia, if you're traveling in a group, or if you want to buy a pack that also includes admission to other attractions.
How it works:

Buy your 24-, 48- or 72-hour Valencia Tourist Card Groups online and specify the number of people in the group (20 minimum) and how you want your cards delivered. You can pick them up at any of our Tourist Offices.

Each card will be activated when it is first used and will be valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours afterward.

Use the cards on the readers in buses, trams, metro, trains to get around, and at the ticket offices of museums, monuments and attractions to get free admission or the relevant discount. You'll also get discounts by showing them at participating stores and restaurants.
Children:
Children up to 15 years old get free admission to municipal museums and monuments; children under 6 can also travel for free on buses and commuter trains; and children under 10 on metro and tram.

A Valencia Tourist Card : cannot be returned if the card has been delivered to any of the points of sale or collection (Tourist Offices, headquarters or main office of the Visit València Foundation, vending machines, smart points, agents/tour operators, hotels, hostels, campsites).

If you buy the Valencia Tourist Card + tickets to tourist venues and shows (or any other type of package offered): no full or partial refunds will be offered, since the buyer will have benefited from the discounts on the tickets at the time of payment, regardless of whether the card has been delivered or not.

The Valencia Tourist Card is a physical card, to which during the purchasing process you must decide how you wish to receive it. Delivery to an address, delivery to your hotel or free collection from our TOURIST OFFICES.
Home Delivery
The delivery period for addresses within Spain is 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. For deliveries to other EU countries, the delivery period is 10-15 working days
Delivery to your Hotel
Purchases will be delivered to the customer’s Hotel on the date indicated by the customer, between 10 am and 11 am.
