Valencia hosts the We're Smart Awards ceremony

The city reaffirms its commitment to responsible, sustainable food

We could find no better ally for our vision of gastronomy than the We're Smart Green Guide, the mission of which is to promote healthy and sustainable eating based on local and fresh products, dovetailing perfectly with the policy of making the city the larder of the Mediterranean.

The We're Smart Green Guide recognises restaurants that are committed to a plant-based diet and a minimal ecological impact, values that Valencia represents in its commitment to local and seasonal products. With markets full of fresh ingredients and an environment that integrates sea, garden and rice fields, Valencia embodies the mission of the We're Smart Green Guide to lead the transition to healthy and sustainable food.

On 10 December, Valencia will host the guide's awards ceremony, reaffirming its commitment to a green, responsible food future.
