What to do on the most important days:
December 1:
The day that Valencia lights up for Christmas. From this day on, you can also enjoy different circus shows, Christmas programming at the Palau de la Música or the Feria de Atracciones.
December 20:
For exciting staging, the Cant de la Sibil.la: medieval Gregorian chants in the Cathedral of Valencia of all places, but the schedule on these days is much more complete. Check it out.
December 24 and 25:
Christmas Eve and Christmas. Valencia celebrates them with meals where the tables are witness to the most awaited culinary delights of the year. Find out what Christmas tastes like in Valencia.
From December 26 to January 4:
At this time of year, if you're bored in Valencia it's because you don't know about Expojove: the Valencia Children's and Youth Fair. Shows, workshops, music and more. A must!
December 30:
As is to be expected, "Valencia, the city of running" is home to the San Silvestre run, the most fun race of the year in the city center. At 8:00 pm on Calle Xàtiva.
December 31:
Saying goodbye to one year on the right foot is as important as ringing in the next with good vibes: do so with good music, fireworks and loud, ringing bells. New Year's Eve in Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
January 5:
The Three Wise Men travel the streets of Valencia spreading excitement from their floats. Starting at 6:00 p.m., the Three Kings Parade will go from Paseo de la Alameda to Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
