Don’t miss the events celebrating Saint Vincent Ferrer’s Day, the patron saint of Valencia, if you are in Valencia between 12 and 28 April 2025: one of the most colourful traditions in the city!

Nowadays, the celebration honouring the Valencian canonised by Callixtus III is marked by theatrical performances of ‘The Miracles’ at 14 altars erected in the city’s streets.

Staged scenes are presented with images of the saint’s miracles, and children under 13 perform short plays about the life and miracles of Saint Vincent in the Valencian language and through poetry.
