One VLC’s meat and fish dishes are outstanding examples of this approach.These excellent dishes are offered to customers in the form of tasting menus and special culinary events. Different set menus with varying prices are also available, depending on the day of the week.  All of our dishes are made from ingredients of the very highest quality. They only differ from one another in terms of menu format, the complexity of their preparation, and the range of options. All of our set menus are paired with wines chosen by the sommelier at Cirsa Casino, in order to maximise the enjoyment of each mouthful of food by complementing it with a glass of fine wine.Beverages also form a key part of our culinary approach. Our wine list contains numerous Valencian wines, long-established Spanish staples, and wines from new regions with a more modern take.
