Casa Isabel can trace its origins back to the lunchtime eateries that used to spring up on Playa de la Malvarrosa during the summer. We’ve always wanted to maintain that spirit, which is why at Casa Isabel you can find the classic paellas and Valencian tapas prepared that same traditional way. The famous all i pebre stew continues to take centre stage: whether as an appetiser or main course, it’s always one of our best options. It defines the essence of our cooking and should never be overshadowed by the invasion and fusion of other cuisines. Our interpretation of the dish is prepared al dente and served with boiled potatoes and traditional spices. Casa Isabel’s delicious sauces and gravies will have you licking your fingers, and we love to see you do it! When you’ve finished your fish and seafood you won't be able to resist mopping up the delicious liquid with a piece of bread. Don’t stand on ceremony: mopping up the gravy is not only allowed, it’s positively encouraged! We’ve talked a lot about fish and seafood, but at Casa Isabel we haven’t forgotten about the carnivores. The meat-eaters among you can choose from our delicious grilled entrecôte and sirloin steaks, suckling pig and roast lamb from Segovia.
