Villa Indiano

Villa Indiano is the project that recovers an old villa with an eclectic style and French and modernist influences next to the Burjassot orchard, transforming it into a restaurant, a space for family celebrations and events and a gastronomic and cultural garden. Located opposite the Burjassot metro station, the villa has more than 100 years of history. Its refurbishment has preserved the five original rooms of the villa, which house the five rooms of the restaurant, allowing the interior spaces to be privatised in a natural way and at will. The restaurant's traditional Valencian cuisine is based on rice dishes, grilled meats and fish and, above all, the seasonal products provided by the vegetable garden that surrounds the town: its biggest and best larder. From spring to autumn, its more than 2000 m2 of garden become the ideal place to enjoy a more relaxed gastronomy, a good horchata in summer and a continuous cultural programme. The authenticity and character of this villa, together with its technological equipment, make it the perfect setting for private events, family celebrations, product presentations, shootings or company meetings.
