Lienzo's cuisine aims to express the Mediterranean in each dish, respecting the seasons and the environment, giving importance and presence to small producers who work organically in our territory, the figure of the bees as pollinators is the protagonist in Lienzo and defines its sustainable philosophy, all honey derivatives are present here. Lienzo obtained its first MICHELIN Star in the 2021 edition of the renowned French guide, a star that it still has today. The Repsol Guide also awarded Lienzo its first Sun in 2020, which it also retains. The Sustainable Guide has considered Lienzo as one of the most outstanding sustainable restaurants in the Valencian Community. Lienzo has the highest Molt de Gust certification for its work in promoting quality and organic agri-food products from the Valencian Community. Its chef has received the Aquanaria Madrid Fusión 2024 Sustainability Award for his contribution to the dissemination, study and protection of bee pollination and organic products from his territory in the Valencian Community, and has been recognised for his work in the prestigious international We're Smart Green Guide. Its head waiter and sommelier has been considered the first sommelier of the Valencian Community and number 21 in the whole country by Top 100 Sommeliers 2024.
