Located on a non-pedestrianised square. Guide dogs allowed. There is contrasted signage with approved pictograms, with information on spaces and routes. The hostel has a kitchen for guest use but you can also order breakfasts on request. The menu can be adapted for celiacs and diabetics. The hostel has 174 beds, eight double, one triple and two four-person bedrooms.

With Internet connection. There is no written information on the hotel's services. Plug next to the bed. No peephole in the door.

Car park:

Two public parking spaces reserved for PLM with vertical and horizontal signage, one on Plaza del Poeta Llorente, 82 m away, and another on Plaza Tetuán, 180 m away, with an accessible route to the hotel. 

Access:

Main entrance located on Plaza del Temple, with a step with 13 cm riser height. First door is wooden and permanently open, with more than 120 cm clear width. Past this door, there is a small entrance hall followed by a second all-glass door, opening outwards with a pull approximately 1 m high. Alternative door located on Calle Gobernador Viejo. This door leads directly to the cafeteria. It has one 11 cm step and a loose doormat. 

Reception:

Located on an accessible ground floor with change in level served by a ramp with an incline of approximately 5% and more than 120 cm wide. Desk 118 cm high, with no clear space underneath. 

Indoor mobility:

Building with four floors communicated by a staircase and a lift. The bar, kitchen and dining room, as well as an adapted toilet, are on the Ground Floor. Rooms and shared toilets are on the First, Second, Third and Fourth Floors. There is another adapted toilet on the First Floor. The terrace and the laundry room are on the Fourth Floor, with access via two steps approximately 10 cm high. All of the rooms are accessible and level, except the laundry room. Corridors more than 120 cm clear width, occasionally narrowing to 70 cm, with a smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. Corridor doors with 70-120 cm clear width. 

Toilets in communal areas:

There are two adapted toilets with similar characteristics, one on the Ground Floor and one on the First Floor. Signage on door with standardised symbol and slip-resistant paving. Toilet door with no change in level, with handle, opening outward, with 89 cm clear width and no spring hinge. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. The lock can be opened from the outside in the event of an emergency. Turning circle inside the toilet is 150 cm in diameter. Washbasin with no pedestal, 79 cm high, 70 cm clear space underneath and 40 cm wide. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 84 cm from the floor. Approach to the toilet, more than 150 cm wide on the right side and more than 150 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 52 cm. Folding grab bars on both sides, at a height of 56-75 cm. Distance between grab bars, 75 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle. Slip-resistant shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Foldable shower seat 50 cm off the floor with more than 120 cm access from the front. Mixer tap at a height of 110 cm. No grab bars. 

Lift:

There is a lift that connects the Ground Floor with the Fourth Floor, located on an accessible floor with an accessible route. Lift with 80 cm clear width and a 142x110 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 90 cm; height of cab buttons, 120 cm; and height of handrail, 90 cm. 

Stairs:

A main stair connects the Ground Floor with the Fourth Floor. Alternative route via a lift. With three sections with seven, five and seven even steps per floor, with 19 cm riser height and 33 cm tread depth. With single handrails on both sides, at a height of 90 cm and extended onto intermediate landings or but not onto lift landings. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. 

Room:

The hotel does not have a room specifically adapted for persons with limited mobility. Doors with 90 cm clear width. Beds is 55 cm high. Storage units 37 cm high. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

It has a self-catering kitchen, dining room and bar, all located on the Ground Floor. Access to the kitchen through a door with 95 cm clear width. Cupboards placed at a height of 91-150 cm. Dining room with a wooden table approximately 3 m long, with two legs and wooden chairs at the sides. Cannot be approached by wheelchairs. Access to the bar from Calle Gobernador Viejo or from inside the hotel. Non-uniform bar furniture, with 120-90 cm clear width between tables. Height of bar, approximately 110 cm.

Access:

Main entrance located on Plaza del Temple through a permanently open door with a stone doorstep, with no tactile-visual signage. Past a small entrance hall is a second all-glass door, with high-contrast visual signage that open outwards with a pull approximately 1 m high. Alternative entrance to the cafeteria located on Calle Gobernador Viejo. It has an 11 cm step with no tactile-visual signage, followed by a loose doormat. 

Reception:

Route with a ramp with no tactile-visual signage and a slip-resistant, smooth floor. Uniform lighting. Counter height, 118 cm, with direct lighting.

Lift with contrasted buttons, in Braille characters and embossed. Handrail height, 90 cm. Not equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. Floor in front of the lift door indicated with a tactile-visual strip. Equipped with an audio alarm and intercom. 

Stairs:

A main stair connects the Ground Floor with the Fourth. There is an alternative route via the lift. No visual-tactile signage at the top and bottom of stairs. Steps with no nosing, with tactile-visual signage and no edge protection. Handrails extend onto the intermediate landings. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. Uniform lighting. 

Room:

Door contrasts with the wall. Smooth floor. The furniture does not hinder circulation. Uniform lighting. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

The hotel has a self-catering kitchen, dining room and bar, all located on the Ground Floor. Kitchen cupboards placed at a height of 91-150 cm. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface, with no bumps. Uniform lighting. The hotel dining room is joined to the bar, where breakfast can also be ordered. Access to the bar from Calle Gobernador Viejo or from inside the hotel, via the dining room or from reception. Non-uniform bar furniture.
