Guided bike tour to the Albufera

This guided bike tour takes you along the green artery of Valencia to one of the most important enclaves south of the city: the Albufera de Valencia Natural Park.

After riding past canals and colorful landscapes, get ready to enjoy boundless wildlife and lush nature.

Here's what the activity includes:

• Guided bike tour on a round trip route between the Serranos Towers and the Albufera Natural Park, with stops at points like the City of Arts and Sciences and the beaches of Pinedo and El Saler.

• Guided tour hours: Tuesdays and thursdays at 9:30 am.

• Official guide in Spanish or English.

• Bike for the ride (available in different sizes).

• The route includes a small tasting of horchata and fartons.

Here is the detailed route: Torres de Serranos, Jardín del Turia, Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, Cruz Pinedo, Playa de Pinedo, El Saler, Malladas y Devesa del Saler, Estanque de Pujol, Embarcadero de la Gola de Pujol, Playa de la Garrofera, Playa del Saler, Pinedo, Jardín del Turia and Torres de Serranos.

The starting point of the route is in the Torres de Serranos, in the historic center. From there, the route goes down to the large gardens on the old Turia riverbed in the direction of the beaches of l'Albufera.

Along the way, we will come across the spectacular City of Arts and Sciences before leaving the city to reach Pinedo, El Saler and La Devesa.

After leaving behind the dunes and a typical Mediterranean forest, you will see the birds that make up a unique ecosystem in the small lake of La Gola de Pujol, the last stop on the route.

Once there, relax before returning to the starting point along the reverse path, enjoying the light and unmistakable aromas of the Mediterranean.
