How it works

Buy your 72-hour Valencia Tourist Card with admission to the City of Arts online, and specify the dates and times you want to visit the different attractions. We will send you the tickets by email and you can pick up your Valencia Tourist Card (the physical card) at any of our Tourist Offices or at the digital airport kiosks which are open 24 hours a day, at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento office and at the Joaquín Sorolla station, or have us send it to your hotel or even to your home. Keep in mind that delivery time is 3 to 5 working days in Spain, and 10 to 20 days abroad.

The card will be activated the first time you use it, and it will be valid for 72 hours after that.

Use your card at bus, tram, metro or train scanners to travel, and at museum, monument and attraction ticket offices to get your free admission or corresponding discount. You'll also get discounts by showing it at participating stores and restaurants.

Information on the facilities

City of Arts and Sciences: Access the facilities through the entrance turnstiles with your electronic ticket. The ticket includes one show at the Hemisfèric. Check Hemisfèric projections during the purchasing process. Admission to the Science Museum does not include access to complementary activities, like the “Space Simulator” or “Science on Stage”. Ticket offices are open from 10:00 a.m. until one hour before the park closes. Closing time depends on the season.

Children
Rate available for children ages 4 to 12. Admission to the City of Arts and Sciences and the Bioparc is free for kids ages 0 to 3. Children up to 15 years old get free admission to municipal museums and monuments; children under 6 can also travel for free on buses and commuter trains; and children under 10 on metro and tram.
Seniors
The Seniors rate is available for over 65s and retirees/pensioners, with supporting document.
Returns
There are no refunds, full or partial, on the Valencia Tourist Card packs with tickets. The date or name on the tickets can be changed with 48 hours' notice.

The Valencia Tourist Card is a physical card, to which during the purchasing process you must decide how you wish to receive it. Delivery to an address, delivery to your hotel or free collection from our TOURIST OFFICES.
Home Delivery:
The delivery period for addresses within Spain is 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. For deliveries to other EU countries, the delivery period is 10-15 working days.
Delivery to your Hotel:
Purchases will be delivered to the customer’s Hotel on the date indicated by the customer, between 10 am and 11 am.
Collection from Tourist Offices;
You can collect your order free of charge from any of our Tourist Offices during opening hours.
Collection from DIGITAL KIOSK:
You can pick up your cards at the digital kiosks at the airport, which operate 24 hours a day, and at the kiosks in Plaza del Ayuntamiento during office hours and at Joaquín Sorolla station. You only have to enter the reference that appears on the voucher and the email indicated during the purchase process. You can also do this by bringing it closer to the QR reader.
OPENING TIMES: 24 hours a day at the airport kiosks. Please note that Joaquín Sorolla station closes from 00:00 to 06:00 and that you can only collect your cards during office hours at the kiosk in Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
