Paella class in the farmland
Categories: Gastronomy.
You just knew there had to be a paella class in Valencia.
But not just any class; one that's by the book, with original ingredients, outdoors and in great company.
Guiding you will be master paella chef Miguel Minguet, who in addition to being an experienced paellero, knows everything about our most international dish and our customs, and is also a tour guide and sommelier.
The idea is to prepare a paella together in a typical Valencian farmhouse, with the best local products, including the rice and orange tree firewood.
Here you don't make rice with things, but a real paella with extra virgin olive oil, green beans, artichoke, tomato, garrofó beans, chicken, rabbit, sweet paprika, saffron, salt, water, rosemary and rice.
Aperitif, salad, drinks and dessert are included and the little ones get a special price. Get all the details and sign up for the experience. Groups are limited to 10 people and it's best to go as tradition dictates: with friends and family.
