La Garrofera beach
Diseminado Gola del Puchol, 19, 46012 Valencia, España
TOURISTIC AREA: Albufera
This is a dream of dunes and pine forests, stretching over more than two and a half kilometres of fine golden sand. It is covered by the characteristic Mediterranean vegetation with low bushes, typical of the coastal environment, which give the beach a feeling of isolation and tranquillity that captivates the visitor. But do not fall asleep. You are in the heart of the L'Albufera Nature Park, and it would not be a bad idea to combine the beach experience with the exploration of the wetlands and their beautiful spots. You can come by the city bus network, by car or by bicycle. Being one of the wildest beaches in Valencia does not mean that the services offered are neglected, including kiosks, umbrella and hammock rentals and adapted walking paths. And, yes, you can also enjoy culinary delights in the surrounding area.
