This nineteenth century palace is home to the City Museum. The exhibitions include archaeological objects from the period when the city was first established, as well as from the Roman, Visigoth, Muslim and Christian eras. There are documents from the time of the Conquest by King Jaime I and subsequent periods, a model representing the Royal Palace of Valencia, and temporary exhibitions of Valencian artists.
