Erasmus in Valencia
Known as one of the best Erasmus destinations, the Mediterranean and cosmopolitan city of Valencia is the destination chosen by more than 3,000 international students each year to do their exchange programs and enjoy the limitless possibilities the city has to offer.
Erasmus requirements
If you want to come to Valencia as an Erasmus student, the first step is to make sure that there is a bilateral agreement between your home university and the host university in the field you want to study. If not, you will not be able to come as an Erasmus student because visiting/freemover students (without a grant) are not accepted.
The two universities must have a bilateral agreement for the degree you want to pursue in Valencia. It will be your university that sends your nomination as an Erasmus student to the destination university.
Prestigious universities
Valencia has a wide range of multilingual courses offered by leading public and private institutions.
Its two public universities, both the University of Valencia and the Polytechnic University of Valencia, are highly reputable and well-known; as a result, they both place highly in national and international rankings.
Complementing the wide range of programs offered by these public institutions are the courses available in private universities such as Cardenal Herrera-CEU University, the European University or Florida Universitària, in addition to those offered by schools such as ESIC Business & Marketing School, the Advanced School of Art and Technology (ESAT) or the Mediterranean Culinary Center.
