Valencia Mountain Enthusiasts

Valencia Mountain Enthusiasts was founded in September 2017 by Dmitry. A Latvian who came to Valencia to enjoy the Spanish weather and teach English. Initially it was founded via Meetup, as a way to meet people and pursue the passion for being out in the mountains. Part of the magic of living in Valencia for us isn’t just that it is a beautiful city with nice weather and good food. It is the scenery that surrounds it: impressive mountains, ruined castles, waterfalls and pretty villages all less than 90 minutes drive away. Our goal is to share the beautiful areas around Valencia with others by providing affordable, professionally run trips. Due to the experience in organizing trips, we know our routes very well and can accurately asses their difficulty level. To assure trip quality we also put a maximum number of 8 people per trip. That means less waiting, more flexibility and makes it much easier to find a table and have a drink at a bar at the end of a walk.
