Toilets in communal areas:

Toilet door with a handle opening inward, with 80 cm clear width. Toilet door with a C-type handle, opening inward, with 80 cm clear width and no lock that is easy to handle. No room inside the cubicle for a turning circle of 150 cm in diameter. Washbasin with a clear space underneath 78 cm high and 60 cm deep. Pressure tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 100 cm. Door with door handle opening outward, with 83 cm clear width. There is a space behind the door of 150 cm or more. Washbasin 80 cm high, with a clear space underneath 70 cm high and 56 cm deep. Mixer tap. Inclined mirror; height of lower edge, 100 cm. Approach to the toilet, 56 cm wide on the left side and 90 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 42 cm. Lift:

Main lift with embossed buttons in Braille characters. Handrail height, 95 cm. Equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. 

Room:

Door contrasts with the wall. Smooth floor, with fixed carpets on entire surface. The furniture does not hinder circulation. Uniform lighting. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting in toilet cubicle.
