Access:

Door to the interior of the tavern totally glazed. Direct access from the street to the El Caserío and Nelson rooms. 

Dining room:

It has round tables.

Terrace:

Located on the outside sidewalk of the restaurant. It has round tables.  

Toilets:

The establishment has three modules of toilets, one between the rooms El Caserío and Nelson, another in the tavern and another on the upper floor. All without a free/occupied visual system and without a free lower band in the cabin door.  

Elevator:

Elevator to access the second floor lounge with stop indicator and visual information in the cabin and outside. Without emergency light.

Parking:

Reserved a public square of at least 220x450 cm, with vertical and horizontal signs in Avda Marqués de Sotelo 1, 240 m away. With accessible route, of homogeneous pavement until the establishment. 

Access:

Access to the tavern with a door over 120 cm wide, with a double leaf and a folding opening by means of a handle, located 93-120 cm high. Preceded by a 40 cm long ramp, more than 120 cm wide and 7.8% inclination. 

Access to the El Caserío lounge from the street by means of a double leaf door with a free passage width of more than 120 cm, opening outwards, with a knob located at 94-118 cm in height. Preceded by an eyebrow of 3 cm in height. Access to Nelson room also from the street by means of a door with similar characteristics, preceded by an 8 cm high step. 

Access to the lounge on the upper floor by means of a staircase and an elevator. Access to the elevator from the interior of the tavern by means of a ramp 43 cm long, 118 cm wide and 16.6% inclined. Hinged opening door and more than 90 cm wide free passage. From the street, entrance with a 9 cm high step and an 11 cm high insulated step inside. Door with more than 90 cm free passage width.  

Dining room:

Free width of passage in corridors of approximately 80 cm, with punctual narrowings of 60 cm. 

The El Caserío room has a reserved area accessible through a sliding door with a free passage width of 67 cm. It is not possible to inscribe a circle of 150 cm in diameter inside the booth. 

Free space between tables of 40-60 cm. With the possibility of inserting a circle of 150 cm in diameter at certain points. 

In the lounges, tables with four legs without a crossbar, 75-77 cm high. At the bottom, 67 cm high, 55 cm wide and 80 cm deep. In the Tavern, single-leg tables 78 cm high, 72 cm free height at the bottom, 70 cm wide and 32 cm free depth at the bottom. 

On the upper floor, access to the room through doors with a free passage width of 118 cm. There is also a reserved area with an 86 cm wide door.

Located on the outside sidewalk of the restaurant.

Free width of passage in corridors greater than 120 cm. 

Tables with four legs, without crossbar, 75 cm high. At the bottom, 67 cm high, 55 cm wide and 80 cm deep.  

Toilets:

The establishment has three non-adapted toilet modules. The largest is the women's toilet, located on the first floor, between the El Caserío and Nelson rooms. 

Access through a door with a free passage width of 65 cm. Corridor to the toilet with 72 cm free passage width. 

Toilet door with no unevenness, opening inwards with a handle, with 57 cm free passage width. Without return spring. 

In case of emergency, the lock does not allow opening from the outside. 

Inside the cabin a circle of 100 cm in diameter can be inscribed. 

Washbasin without pedestal, 84 cm high. Lower free height of 74 cm and 44 cm depth. It is not possible to use it from the toilet.

Single lever tap. Mirror not inclined with edge less than 110 cm from the ground. 

Toilet access space of 22 cm on the right side, 56 cm on the left and 100 cm front access. Toilet seat 41 cm high. No support bars. 

No alarm system inside the cabin. 

Lighting with timer. 

It has a changing table for baby located at 80 cm high.  

Elevator:

Elevator of access to the hall of the second floor with free width of step of 63 cm and cabin of 100x100cm. Buttons of call to 132 cm of height, interior buttons to 90-117 cm of height and handrails to 110 cm of height. 

Stairs:

Staircase between the ground and first floors with four sections, of two, two, eleven and six homogeneous steps respectively, of 17 cm of height and 26 cm of footprint. With single handrail on both sides, placed at 92 cm height. Not extended on intermediate landings or embarkation/disembarkation areas. Non-slip and homogeneous pavement.

Access:

Access to the tavern with a glass door with low-contrast visual signs. Preceded by a 40 cm long ramp, more than 120 cm wide and 7.8% inclination, without tactile visual signs at the beginning and end. Access to the El Caserío lounge from the street with a 3 cm high eyebrow. Access to Nelson room also from the street with 8 cm high step. Both without tactile-visual signs. Access to the lounge on the upper floor by stairs and elevator. Access to the elevator from the interior of the tavern by means of a ramp 43 cm long, 118 cm wide and 16.6% inclination, without tactile-visual signs. From the street, entrance with a 9 cm high step and an 11 cm high isolated step inside. Both marked with touch-screen bands.  

Dining room:

In each one of the lounges and in the tavern, itinerary without unevenness and without obstacles nor cantilevered elements. Pavement without eyebrows, non-slip and homogeneous. Letter with small font texts with chromatic contrast. Homogeneous illumination.  

Terrace:

Located on the restaurant's exterior sidewalk. Pavement without eyebrows, nonskid and homogeneous.  

Toilets:

The establishment has three toilet modules, one between the El Caserío and Nelson rooms, another in the tavern and another on the upper floor. In the toilets of the rooms, tactile and approved signaling, located at a height of 125 cm. In the toilets of the tavern, non-approved tactile signage, located at 160 cm in height. In the toilets of the upper floor, non-approved tactile signalling, located at 160 cm height. All with chromatic contrast. Door of the toilets not contrasted with the wall. Homogeneous illumination with timer.  

Elevator:

Elevator access to the second floor lounge with contrasting buttons, in Braille and high relief. With handrails at 110 cm high. It does not have sound signals that indicate the stop floor and the direction of movement. The floor in front of the door is not marked with a tactile-visual strip. It has an audible alarm signal and intercom.

Stairs:

Staircase between the ground and first floors with four sections, of two, two, eleven and six homogeneous steps respectively, of 17 cm height and 26 cm tread. With handrails on both sides, not extended at intermediate landings or embarkation/disembarkation areas. Steps without an opening, with tactile-visual signs and with a protective base on both sides. Non-slip and homogeneous pavement.
