Physical
Car park:
One public parking space reserved, 220x450 cm, with vertical and horizontal signage, on the same street, 130 m away. With an accessible, evenly paved route to the hotel. Approach area more than 120 cm on the right and on the left side. Three 455x500 cm parking spaces reserved in the hotel's car park, located in the Basement. With vertical signage, even paving and accessible route to the hotel via a lift. Access to the lift via a ramp with one section, 7 m long, 17.6% incline and 4.85 m wide. Double handrail on one side, extended at the ends. Approach area more than 120 cm on the right and the left sides.
Access:
Access to the main building through a rotating door with a speed reduction and lock button, 1 m high, with 130 cm clear width. Preceded by a 5 cm lowered step. Alternative double doors opening outwards, with 73 cm clear width for each door. Entry to the Leisure Club via two double doors that open outwards, with 85 cm clear width per door. After passing through the door there are three steps 14 cm high, with an alternative ramp comprising two sections 70 cm and 240 cm long. With 14% incline and 106 cm clear width.
Reception:
Reception of the main building located on the Ground Floor, accessible and with no changes in level. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. Non- adapted counter height, 112 cm. Alternative reception desk with a clear space underneath 67 cm high, which allows a wheelchair to approach from the front. Inside the Leisure Club, route to the reception area with four steps 17 cm high, with an alternative ramp with one section, 560 cm long, 10.5% incline and 94 cm clear width. With a handrail on one side, not extended at the ends. Counter height, 112 cm.
Indoor mobility:
The hotel occupies two old buildings. The first, with seven floors, houses the carpark, reception, terrace, communal toilets, several halls, the restaurant-buffet and rooms. The other building houses the Leisure Club, with a spa, gymnasium, massage rooms and a pool, as well as a cafeteria. The path between the two buildings is only accessible from the outside or via the indoor loading and unloading passageway. Corridors more than 120 cm wide, with no change in level and some sections with a ramp with 2% incline, and 700 cm long, with a handrail, smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. Doors in corridors with at least 160 cm clear width.
Toilets in communal areas:
There are three adapted toilets in communal areas. One independent unisex toilet, on the Ground Floor, next to reception. Another two cubicles in the women's toilets on the First and Second floors. All three with an accessible route. Signage on doors with standardised symbol. Slip-resistant floor surface. Toilet and cubicle door with a handle opening outward, with 75 cm clear width. With spring hinge. Easy to handle lock. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Turning circle inside the cubicle is 150 cm in diameter. Washbasin 83 cm high with a pedestal, 77 cm clear space underneath and 18 cm depth. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Height of the lower edge of the mirror, 105 cm. Upright. Approach to the toilet, 105 cm wide on the left side and 210 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 40 cm. Grab bars on both sides. Fixed grab bar at a height of 68 cm and a foldable bar on the left side, 61-76 cm high. Distance between grab bars, 71 cm. With alarm system inside the cubicle, next to the toilet, at a height of 100 cm.
Lift:
There are two lifts, one general lift, that connects reception with the other floors, and another located at the side of the hotel, accessing the halls on the second floor. Both have an accessible route. The general lift has 80 cm clear width and a 100x125 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 117 cm; height of cab buttons, 103 cm; and height of handrail, 89 cm. The lift accessing the halls have doors with 70 cm clear width and 112x107 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 135 cm; height of cab buttons, 133 cm.
Stairs:
A main indoor staircase that connects all the floors. With a lift providing an alternative route and platform lift. Even steps with 17 cm riser height and 28 cm tread depth. Single handrail on one side, at a height of 105 cm. Handrails do not extend onto intermediate landings or lift boarding and landing areas. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface.
Adapted room:
The hotel has thirteen adapted rooms, located on accessible floors, with an accessible route via the lift. Door with 77 cm clear width. Barrier free space to approach the bed, 110 cm on the right side and 60 cm on the left. The bed is 60 cm high. Height of environmental controls, 166 cm. Height of wardrobe shelves and drawers, 60-180 cm. The wardrobes have long handle hangers. Easy to open pulls.
Adapted en-suite toilet:
Of the thirteen adapted rooms, eight have a shower and five have bathtubs. Sliding door with 89 cm clear width. No spring hinge. Lock easy to handle and open. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Washbasin 83 cm high, with a clear space underneath 72 cm high and 58 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Height of the lower edge of the mirror, 85 cm. Upright. Approach to the toilet, 88 cm wide on the left side and 165 cm in front. Height of seat, 40 cm. Folding grab bars on both sides, at a height of 77 cm. Distance between grab bars, 65 cm. Slip-resistant shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Fixed shower seat, foldable, height adjustable and with foldable armrests on each side. Long handle mixer tap on the wall perpendicular to the seat and accessible, at a height of 80 cm. Approach area 81 cm wide and 100 cm deep. Grab bars are mobile with a variable height. Bathtub with edge 50 cm high and transfer bench. Each room has its own transfer bench. Horizontal grab bar height, 70 cm. Wall-mounted accessible mixer tap, at a height of 60 cm. With alarm system inside the cubicle.
Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:
Located on the second floor, with an accessible route. Route from the lift to the restaurant/buffet via four steps 19 cm high, served by a ramp 875 cm long, 92 cm wide and 6.9% incline. With a handrail on one side. Door with 160 cm clear width. Tables 72 cm high. Height of lower edge, 66 cm; 71 cm width and 90 cm depth. At least 120 cm clear width between tables. Height of self-service counter, 90 cm; clearance underneath, 65 cm; depth, 35 cm. 100 cm clear width to allow passage along edge of counter. No possibility of sliding a tray along the entire length of counter. Food and items placed at a height of 90 cm. The cafeteria is on the Ground Floor of the other hotel building. Furnished with tables 75 cm high, 72 cm clear space underneath and 80 cm wide. Counter height, 112 cm.
Meeting room:
Located on the First and Second Floors, with accessible access. Door with 160 cm clear width. Tables 75 cm high. Height of lower edge, 70 cm; 80 cm width and 90 cm depth.

Access:

Lift:
There are two lifts, one general lift, that connects reception with the other floors, and another located at the side of the hotel, accessing the halls on the second floor. General lift with non-contrasted buttons, but are in Braille characters and embossed. Handrail height, 89 cm. Equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. Side lift with non-contrasted buttons, but are in Braille characters and embossed. No handrail. Not equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. Both with floor in front of the lift door indicated with a tactile-visual strip. Equipped with an audio alarm.
