No free/occupied visual system. No free lower belt in the cabin door.  

Lift:

Lift for access to the rooms with a stop indicator and visual information in the cabin but not outside.

Parking:

Public parking space of at least 200 x 400 cm with vertical and horizontal signs is reserved in Avda Mare Nostrum, 20 m from the lift access to the restaurant. Itinerary accessible to the restaurant.

Access from Avda Mare Nostrum by lift. Access door to the lift with a double leaf of 80 cm each. No unevenness and opening towards the outside. Door between the lift and the restaurant with a double leaf of 80 cm each, opening outwards with a handle. 

Access from the beach through the terrace with a permanently open door, with a free passage of more than 120 cm, followed by a ramp with an average slope of 3.5%, 4 m long, and more than 120 cm wide. No handrails. Artificial turf flooring. 

Access from the side with a 15 cm high step, with an automatically opening door, with a free passage width of more than 120 cm. 

Dining room:

Located on the first floor, accessible by staircase, with alternative route by lift. 

Free width of passage in corridors of more than 120 cm, with punctual narrowings of 80 cm. Doors in corridors with at least 80 cm free passage width. 

Clearance between tables of approximately 100 cm, depending on the layout. With the possibility of inscribing a circle of 150 cm in diameter at certain points.

Tables with four legs without a crossbar, 73-75 cm high, 64 cm high at the bottom, at least 65 cm wide and 90 cm deep. There are also tables that are 50 and 112 cm high. 

There are terrace areas accessible by a maximum of two steps of 17 cm high and 42 cm footprint. No handrails.

There is an adapted unisex toilet located on the terrace. Access without unevenness.

With single handrail on one side, located at 103 cm high. Not extended on intermediate landings or in embarkation/disembarkation areas. Non-slip and homogeneous flooring.

There are toilets both on the upper floor and on the terrace. 

On each floor, there are no unevennesses or obstacles.

Lift:

Lift to access the rooms with non-contrasting buttons, in Braille and with high relief. With handrails at a height of 110 cm. It does not have acoustic signals that indicate the stop floor and the direction of movement. The floor in front of the door is not marked with a tactile-visual strip. It has an audible alarm signal and intercom.

Stairs:
