Showing times vary according to season. The showing times for each film can be found on the website. Located on a flat pedestrianised area, with even paving. The building is used to show films in different formats: the large format IMAX Dome theatre, digital Full Dome and 3D format. There are reduced rates for people with disabilities with supporting documentation. One free ticket for those accompanying visitors with a disability, depending on the degree of the disability. Two free tickets for groups of up to thirty people with disabilities. Above thirty, there is one extra free ticket for every fifteen people with disability. In order to obtain free tickets in special cases, you need to specify the degree of disability by email at reservas@cac.es. Assessment will be on a case-by-case basis. Guide dogs allowed. Headphones are available for listening to the screenings in Spanish, Valencian (depending on the screening), English, French and Italian. There is contrasted signage with approved pictograms, with information on spaces and routes. Guided tours with advance booking by telephone 902 100 031. Maximum 20 people per guide.

No visual aide to indicate free or occupied. No gap underneath the cubicle door.
Lift:
There is a lift that gives access to the building and connects the hall and projection room. To use it from the outside requires authorisation from Hemisfèric staff. No visual sign on the outside to indicate the floor it is on or the direction of movement.
Shop:
Access through a permanently open glass door.
Projection room:
The room has a magnetic loop system, which allows hearing aid users to hear the narrative clean and without reverberation in the screening room. This system transforms the audio signal into a magnetic field that is captured by hearing aids equipped with 'T' technology and converts it back into sound, without ambient noise and intelligible.
Physical
Car park:
Fourteen reserved parking spaces on both floors of the Umbracle underground carpark, with horizontal signage. Accessible route to the Hemisferic via two adapted lifts located on the side cones of the Umbracle.
Access:
Main entrance with a stair in two sections with 24 steps each and a handrail on both sides. Alternative entrance via a lift. The lift has a key, so the staff must be called. Access to the projection room via a ramp with a 2.44% incline and 19 m long. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. Flanked by photographs and panels with information about the building.
Reception:
Ticket offices in the building's hall, with a lift providing an alternative route. There is an alternative area for customer care of people with limited mobility.
Indoor mobility:
Accessible route. Doors and corridors with more than 120 cm clear width. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface.
Toilets:
An adapted cubicle in the men's toilet and another one in the women's toilet, with an accessible approach and slip resistant floor surface. Located in the hall of the building. Door with C-type handle, opening inward, with 85 cm clear width. No spring hinge. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Cubicle door with C-type door handle, opening inward, with 90 cm clear width. No spring hinge. No room inside the cubicle for a turning circle of 150 cm in diameter. Washbasin 90 cm high, no pedestal, with a clear space underneath 77 cm high and 62 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Pressure tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 90 cm. Approach to the toilet, 30 cm wide on the left side and 120 cm on the right. With 76 cm front approach once the door is closed. Toilet seat height, 45 cm. Foldable grab bar on the right and fixed on the left, both at a height of 83 cm. Distance between grab bars, 65 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle.
Lift:
There is a lift that gives access to the building and connects the hall and projection room. To use it from the outside requires authorisation from Hemisfèric staff. With 90 cm clear width and a 140x120 cm cab. With handrails and call buttons at a height of 115 cm.
Projection room:
Accessible route for people with limited mobility via an adapted lift. There are four parking spaces adapted for wheelchairs. Request to use them when buying or booking a ticket.
Cafeteria / Restaurant:
Cafeteria located in the hall of the building, with an accessible route. Permanently open door with more than 90 cm clear width.
Shop:
Located in the hall of the building. Entrance through a permanently open door with no change in level. Shelves placed at a height of 105-185 cm. Clear corridor width, more than 90 cm. Counter not adapted. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface.
Visual
Access:
Glass main door with contrasted visual signage preceded by a stair in two sections with 24 steps each and a handrail on both sides. Tactile-visual strips on each step. Fixed doormat behind the door.
Reception:
Ticket offices in the building's hall, with a barrier free route. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. Uniform lighting. Counter 118 cm high, with no direct lighting.

There is a lift that gives access to the building and connects to the hall and projection room. To use it from the outside requires authorisation from Hemisfèric staff. With a glass door and no tactile-visual signage in front of the door. With embossed buttons with Braille characters. No audible indication of the direction of movement or floor landing.
Projection room:
Steps with lighting give access to the seats. Low lighting, not uniform.
Cafeteria / Restaurant:
Cafeteria located on the lower level, with an obstacle-free route. Entrance door to the cafeteria is always open. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. Uniform lighting.
Shop:
Located on the lower level. Entrance through a permanently open door with no change in level. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface with no bumps. Uniform lighting.
