There is a variable number of round tables. Partly and entirely glass doors. 

Car park:

Four places of more than 220x450 cm are reserved in the hotel garage. Located in the Basement Floor with an accessible route to reception via two usable lifts. Route for people with limited mobility with clear signs on the paving and vertical signage. 

Access:

Main entrance with no change in level through a revolving door with speed reduction button and emergency stop. Alternative glass doors on both sides with 118 cm clear width. 

Reception:

Located on accessible Ground Floor with no changes in level. There are two reception desks. One on the left with a table 88 cm high, 80 cm clear space underneath and 8 cm clear depth. To the right, desk 117 cm high, with no clear space underneath. One computer room is available, with tables 72 cm high and 68 cm clear space underneath. Carpeted floor surface. 

Indoor mobility:

Building has a Basement, Ground, First and Second Floors, connected by stairs and two lifts. It has a central garden with level access from the different points on the Ground Floor and surrounded by the upper floors. Four rooms reserved for persons with reduced mobility on the First Floor. There is a route with no change in level on each floor, with isolated steps in the restaurant areas. Corridors more than 120 cm wide with at least 80 cm clear width. Smooth, even slip-resistant floor surface, with no bumps. Carpeted floor in some rooms. 

Toilets in communal areas:

Two toilets with an adapted cubicle for men and women located on the Ground Floor with an accessible route. One of them is described in detail, and the other has similar characteristics. Signage on door with standardised symbol. Slip-resistant floor surface. Toilet door opening inward with a handle placed at a height of 103 cm and with 83 cm clear width. No spring hinge. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Cubicle door with handle, with 81 cm clear width and no spring hinge. The lock can be opened from the outside in the event of an emergency. No room inside the cubicle for a turning circle of 150 cm in diameter. Washbasins with no pedestal and 84 cm high. With a clear space underneath 78 cm high and 56 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Tap with long handle. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 96 cm. Approach to the toilet, more than 120 cm on the right and in front. Toilet seat height, 36 cm. Folding grab bar on the right side and fixed grab bar on the left side. Height of the grab bars, 70 cm on the left and 55 cm on the right. Distance between grab bars, 71 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle. 

Lift:

Two identical lifts. To use them from the Ground floor or above, a room card is needed. Open access from the Basement or Ground floors. Door with a 120 cm clear width and a 163x180 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 100 cm; height of cab buttons, 75-101 cm; and height of handrail, 90 cm. 

Adapted room:

Four adapted rooms located on the First Floor with an accessible route. Marked with a standardised icon on the door. Door with 90 cm clear width. More than 120 cm approach to the beds from the front and sides. Bed 55 cm high with access to control mechanisms. Height of environmental controls, 95 cm. Height of wardrobe shelves and drawers, 10-175 cm. Equipped with a full-length mirror. 

En-suite toilet:

The toilet has a shower and bathtub, located in a separate room from the toilet. The toilet has an alarm system in the form of a telephone. Access to the toilet 81 cm wide, with no spring hinge. Approach to the toilet 120 cm on the left and in front. Height of seat, 36 cm. Folding grab bar on left side, at a height of 56 cm. On the right, fixed bar at a height of 70 cm. Distance between grab bars, 78 cm. Shower and toilet door with 86 cm clear width and no spring hinges. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Washbasin 83 cm high, no pedestal, with a clear space underneath 80 cm high and 64 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Tap with long handle. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 88 cm. Slip-resistant shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Mobile shower seat with back, with more than 150 cm access from the front and side. Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Breakfast is served in Restaurante Rosmarino from 7:00 am. Located on Ground Floor, with an accessible route. Divided into two floors; the upper floor is accessible via three steps with 18 cm riser height and 28 cm tread depth. One-leg tables 73 cm high, with a clear space underneath 71 cm high and 35 cm deep. 120 cm space between tables. Buffet counter 76 cm high, with 65 cm clearance underneath. Food and items placed at a height of 76-110 cm. More than 120 cm clear width along counter. No possibility of sliding a tray along the entire length of counter. Level access to the garden via a door with more than 120 cm clear width. Other areas such as the Jardí Bar, h club>valencia and Restaurante Komori located on the Ground Floor with an accessible route. Access doors with more than 120 cm clear width. 

Meeting room:

The hotel has several halls and meeting rooms, all of which are on the Ground floor with a level route and doors with at least 80 cm clear width. With furniture adaptable to the occasion. Mostly carpeted flooring. Salón Bellas Artes and Salón del Real have meeting tables 78 cm high and 73 cm clear height underneath. 

Gymnasium:

Located on the Basement Floor, accessible via a lift and stairs. All of the rooms with more than 90 cm clear width. Corridor width, more than 120 cm. 

swimming pool:

Located on the Basement Floor, accessible via a lift and stairs. Access to the pool via four steps with a handrail. It has a pool lift and rescue grab hook. Water treated with electrolysis. Treatment rooms with height-adjustable beds.

Reception:

Barrier free path with no changes in level. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface and uniform lighting. Counter 117 cm high, with no direct lighting. A magnifying glass is available to customers.

Lift:

Two identical lifts. To use them from the Ground Floor or above, a room card is needed. Open access from the Basement or Ground floors. Lifts with contrasted buttons, in Braille characters and embossed. Handrail height, 100 cm. No audio signals to indicate the floor landing or direction of movement, and no tactile-visual strip in front of the door. Equipped with an audio alarm and intercom. 

Room:

Door contrasts with the wall. The furniture does not hinder circulation. Uniform lighting in the room and toilet. Smooth floor surface. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

All of the cafeteria/bar/restaurant areas of the hotel are on the Ground Floor with a barrier free route and a smooth floor surface. Jardí Bar and Restaurante Rosmarino both have two levels, separated by stairs with handrail, of three steps each and with no contrasted signage. Level access to the terrace via partly glass doors with no high-contrast visual signage.
