With written information on the hotel services. There are information panels in each room with pictograms or short texts. With illuminated emergency alerts. 

Communal toilets:

No signage to indicate free or occupied on the door. No gap underneath the cubicle door. 

Lift:

There is a central area with four lifts that connect the entire building. There is a lift for accessing the carpark next to reception. All four lifts have visual information both inside and out. 

Room:

With Internet connection. There is written information on the hotel's services. TV with teletext. With a plug next to the bed. The toilet door allows communication with the outside. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Partly glass door. Round tables in the banquet area. 

Physical

Car park:

Four spaces reserved in the Palau de la Música carpark, which has a space reserved for the hotel. Horizontal, not vertical signage. With an accessible route to the Palau via a lift with 87 cm clear width and a 108x118 cm cab. Handrail at 90 cm. Height of call buttons outside the lift, 139 cm; height of cab buttons, 130-151 cm. 

Access:

Entrance with no changes in level, with a revolving door. Two adapted side doors with minimum 90 cm clear width. 

Reception:

Located on accessible Ground Floor with no changes in level. Adapted reception desk 73 cm high, indicated with a standardised pictogram. Business Centre tables 68 cm high, with 66 cm clearance underneath. Access with no changes in level. 

Indoor mobility:

Building with six floors communicated by a staircase and a lift. Route with no change in level on each floor, except the restaurant entrance, which has stairs with a platform lift. Corridors more than 120 cm wide. Doors with at least 80 cm clear width. Even floor surface with no bumps. 

Toilets in communal areas:

The hotel has two adapted unisex toilets, located on the Ground and Sixth Floor, with an accessible route. Signage on door with standardised symbol and slip-resistant paving. Toilet door with 80 cm clear width. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more in diameter. Washbasin with no pedestal, 70 cm high. Both of the available toilets has a type of tap adapted to clients' needs: one with a mixer tap and another with an electric tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 100 cm. Width to approach the toilet, 62 cm on the right and more than 80 cm in front. Toilet seat with a raised bowl 49 cm high, with a fixed grab bar on the left at a height of 75 cm and grab bar on the right, at 63-88 cm. It includes accessories such as a hand dryer placed at 100 cm, and a soap dispenser placed at 75 cm. It has hangers at 130 cm. Fixed lighting with switches place at 95 cm with uniform lighting. 

Lift:

There is a central area with four lifts that connect the entire building. There is a lift for accessing the carpark next to reception. All of the central lifts have 90 cm clear door width. The cabs vary in size, the biggest are 142x137 cm. There is a handrail and more than 2 m clear space in front of the lift shaft. 

Stairs:

A main stair connects all the floors in the hotel. Each floor has four sections of between four and eight steps per section. Steps with 17.5 cm riser height and 27 cm tread depth. Handrails on both sides of stairs, at a height of 118 cm. Handrail does not extend onto landings but it does extend onto lift boarding and landing areas. To access the First Floor there is a curved staircase, with steps, 16 cm riser height and 35 cm tread depth in the centre. Handrails on both sides of stairs, at a height of 104 cm. Breakfast area accessed via a staircase with ten and four steps, with similar measurements to those of the main stairs. Served by a platform stairlift. There are other stairs for accessing the rooms, all with similar measurements to the main stairs. 

Adapted room:

It has two adapted rooms, located on the Second floor, next to the emergency exit. They communicate with a room for carers. Turning circle inside the room is 120 cm in diameter. 90 cm clear door width, with corridors more than 150 cm, occasionally narrowing to 87 cm. Barrier free space to approach the bed, 100 cm on the right side and 90 cm on the left side. The bed is 55 cm high. With wardrobes and hangers with a long handle and sliding door. Light dimmer at 85 cm. 

Adapted en-suite toilet:

Sliding door with 74 cm clear width. There is a space inside the toilet of 150 cm or more. The washbasin is 90 cm high, with a mixer tap. Height of mirror, 90 cm. Approach to the toilet, 140 cm in front. No space at the side for transferring. Fixed grab bar on the left side and folding grab bar on the right side. Distance between grab bars, 67 cm. Slip-resistant shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Foldable seat inside the shower, with grab bars and handles on the wall of the shower and both sides of the bathtub. Mixer tap. Fixed light with switches at a height of 75 cm. Alarm system next to the toilet. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Restaurant located on the Ground floor, accessible via a staircase with five steps served by a platform lift. Single-leg tables 72 cm high, with a clear space underneath 70 cm high. Corridors more than 120 cm wide. Approx. 120 cm between tables, occasionally narrowing to approx. 60 cm. Breakfast area located on the level below reception, accessible via stairs with a platform stairlift. Tables 74 cm high, with a clear space underneath 72 cm high. Approx. 90-120 cm between tables, occasionally narrowing to approx. 40 cm. Buffet counter 89 cm high, with no clear space underneath and more than 120 cm moving space at the side. No possibility of sliding a tray along the entire length of counter. Food and items placed at a height of 66-116 cm. 

Meeting room:

The hotel has several multi-use rooms, located on the First and Sixth floors. All are accessible via a lift. Double doors with minimum 90 cm clear width. Some of them have a carpeted floor surface.

Gymnasium:

Located on the Sixth Floor, accessible via a lift. 

swimming pool:

Located on the Sixth Floor. No pool lift.

Access:

Revolving door at entrance, with no change in level, alternative glass doors, and high-contrast visual signage. Slip-resistant floor surface.

Counter height, 110 cm, with direct lighting. Route with no changes in level and a smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. Uniform lighting. 

Indoor mobility:

Route free of obstacles on each floor. Isolated steps, indicated by tactile floor surface in a contrasting colour. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface, with no bumps. Glass doors with contrasted signage. There are embossed information signs. Uniform lighting. 

Communal toilets:

Men's and women's toilets indicated with standardised pictograms, tactile and in a contrasting colour, placed at a height of 175 cm. Uniform lighting. Slip-resistant floor surface. No unmarked barriers and projecting elements. 

Lift:

There is a central area with four lifts that connect the entire building. There is a lift for accessing the carpark next to reception. All have contrasted buttons, in Braille characters and embossed. No audible indication of the direction of movement or floor landing. With a handrail. Equipped with an audio alarm and intercom. 

Stairs:

All of the stairs in the hotel have tactile, not visual, signage on each step. They have no nosing. A main stair connects all the floors in the hotel. Each floor has four sections of between four and eight steps per section. With edge protection on one side. Handrails on both sides that do not extend onto landings but do extend onto boarding and landing areas. The lighting is not uniform. To access the First Floor there is a curved staircase, with steps, 16 cm riser height and 35 cm tread depth in the centre. Illuminated signs on the riser. Handrail on both sides. Uniform lighting. Breakfast area accessed via a staircase with ten and four steps, with handrails on either side and in the centre. Uniform lighting. 

Room:

Door contrasts with the wall. Rooms with and without carpet. The furniture does not hinder circulation. Room toilet with door contrasted with the wall. Uniform lighting.
