Solid door. Furnished with a round table that seats four people.

Reserved public parking spaces: one in Calle Poeta Querol, corner of Salvá, around 120 m away; another on Calle San Vicente Mártir 22,200 m away; and another on Calle de las Comedias 6,270 m away.

Turning circle inside the cubicle is 150 cm in diameter. Washbasin 95 cm high, no pedestal, with a clear space underneath 80 cm high and 48 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Two lifts connect the Ground Floor with the Third Floor. Located on an accessible floor with an accessible route. They have an 80 cm clear width and a 100x130 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 125 cm; height of cab buttons, 110 cm.

Stairs:

A stair connects the Ground Floor with the Third Floor. With an alternative accessible route. Stair with nine landings and 22 even steps with 18 cm riser height and 30 cm tread depth. Double handrail on one side, at a height of 89 cm. Does not extend onto intermediate landings but it does extend onto lift boarding and landing areas. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. 

Adapted room:

Located on an accessible floor. Door with 81 cm clear width. Approach to the bed 120 cm on the right side, barrier free. The bed is 52 cm high. Centralised light control. Height of wardrobe shelves and drawers, 50 cm. 

Adapted en-suite toilet:

Door opens inward, with doorknob. No spring hinge. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Washbasin 80 cm high, no pedestal, with a clear space underneath 70 cm high and 60 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 104 cm. Width to approach the toilet, 70 cm on the right side and 80 cm in front. Height of seat, 45 cm. Folding grab bars on both sides, at a height of 74 cm. Distance between grab bars, 65 cm. Slip-resistant shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Foldable seat fixed to the wall, 46 cm width and 37 cm depth, at a height of 50 cm. Located on Ground Floor, with an accessible route. Door with 105 cm clear width. One-leg tables with no cross bar. Height of lower edge, 78 cm; 80 cm width and 40 cm depth. At least 120 cm clear width between tables.

Communal toilets:

Men's and women's toilets marked with standardised pictograms, no contrasting colour, non-tactile and placed at a height of 150 cm. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform automatic lighting. Slip-resistant floor surface. No unmarked barriers and projecting elements. 

Lift:

Main lift with contrasted buttons, in Braille characters and embossed. No handrail. Not equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. Floor in front of the lift door indicated with a tactile-visual strip. Equipped with an audio alarm and intercom. 

Stairs:

A stair connects the Ground Floor with the Third Floor. Visual-tactile signage at the top and bottom of stairs. Steps with nosing, tactile-visual signage and no edge protection. Handrails extend onto the intermediate landings. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. Uniform lighting. 

Room:

Door contrasts with the wall. Smooth floor, with fixed carpets on entire surface. The furniture does not hinder circulation. There are projecting elements with protection. Uniform lighting. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting in toilet cubicle.

Located on Ground Floor with barrier free route. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface, with no bumps. There are glass doors with no contrasted signage. Menu with middle-size print and contrasted text. Uniform lighting.
