Indoor mobility:

Written information on the services provided. There are information panels in each room with pictograms or short texts. With illuminated emergency alerts. 

Communal toilets:

No visual aide to indicate free or occupied. No gap underneath the cubicle door. 

Lift:

There is a stop button and visual information in the cab but not on the outside of the lift. Equipped with emergency visual alert. Solid door. 

Room:

With Internet connection. There is written information on the hotel's services. Television with teletext. The telephone allows communication with the reception desk. Plug next to the bed. No peephole in the door. The toilet door does not allow communication with the outside. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Glass door. Furnished with 20 round tables that can seat four people each. 

Car park:

Two reserved parking spaces, 400x320 cm, in private carpark. With horizontal signage, even paving and accessible route to the hotel. 

Access:

Main entrance through revolving door preceded by a 12 cm high step. Alternative access through a double door with 160 cm clear width. Accessible via a ramp with no handrail, 4% incline, 80 cm long and 145 cm wide. 

Reception:

Reception desk 110 cm high, 85 cm clear space underneath and 26 cm depth. A stair served by a platform lift provides access from the reception hall to other rooms in the hotel. 

Indoor mobility:

Corridors more than 120 cm wide, with no changes in level. Doors to common areas with at least 80 cm clear width. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. 

Toilets in communal areas:

Adapted toilets for men and women in Basement and Ground floors. Adapted cubicle in the women's toilets on the First Floor. All have an accessible route. Signage on door with standardised symbol. Slip-resistant floor surface. Toilet door opens inward with doorknob, 80 cm clear width and spring hinges. There is a space in front of the door of 150 cm or more. Sliding cubicle door with 90 cm clear width. The lock cannot be opened from the outside in the event of an emergency. Turning circle inside the cubicle is 150 cm in diameter. Washbasin 84 cm high, no pedestal, with a clear space underneath 70 cm high and 50 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 100 cm. Toilet seat height, 40 cm. Fixed grab bar on the right side, at a height of 81 cm. With alarm system inside the cubicle. 

Lift:

Four lifts connect the Ground Floor with the Eleventh Floor. Located on an accessible floor with an accessible route. Main lift gives access to the carpark, door with 80 cm clear width and 123x130 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 127 cm; height of cab buttons, 90 cm. 

Stairs:

A main stair connects all the floors in the hotel. Accessible alternative route via a lift. The stair has 22 sections with 20 even steps each, with 18 cm riser height and 25 cm tread depth. Single handrails on both sides of stair, at a height of 80 cm. Handrails do not extend onto intermediate landings or lift boarding and landing areas. Smooth floor surface, may be slippery. 

Adapted room:

Located on an accessible floor. Door with 80 cm clear width. Barrier free approach to bed, 75 cm space on both sides. Height of bed, 62 cm, with no access to lighting controls. Height of environmental controls, 170 cm. Height of wardrobe shelves and drawers, 55-77 cm. Easy to open pulls. 

Adapted en-suite toilet:

Door with door handle, opening outward, with 81 cm clear width. No spring hinge. There is a space in front of the door of 150 cm or more. Washbasin 90 cm high, 65 cm clear space underneath and 57 cm wide. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 92 cm. Front approach to toilet, 75 cm. Height of seat, 40 cm. Fixed grab bars on both sides, at a height of 85 cm. Distance between grab bars, 85 cm. Slip-resistant shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Folding seat at a height of 50 cm; 60 cm wide and 20 cm depth. Wall-mounted accessible mixer tap, at a height of 63 cm. Horizontal grab bar, 26 cm from the seat and at a height of 76 cm. With alarm system inside the cubicle. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on Floor 17, with an accessible route. One-leg tables, 74 cm high. Height of lower edge, 70 cm; 70 cm width and 40 cm depth. At least 120 cm clear width between tables. Height of self-service counter, 76 cm. 120 cm clear width along counter, with possibility of sliding a tray along the entire length. Food and items placed at a height of 92 cm. 

Meeting room:

There are five lounges on the Ground Floor and a large multipurpose room on the First Floor. All have an accessible path. Doors with 120 cm clear width. Tables 70 cm high. Height of lower edge, 50 cm; 70 cm width and 20 cm depth. 

swimming pool:

Located on the last floor, with an accessible route. No pool lift or changing room.

Men's and women's toilets marked with standardised tactile pictograms, contrasting colours and at a height of 170 cm. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting with timer. Slip-resistant floor surface. No unmarked barriers and projecting elements. 

Lift:

Main lift, giving access to the carpark, with contrasted buttons, in Braille characters and embossed. No handrail. Equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. Floor in front of the lift door indicated with a tactile-visual strip. Equipped with an audio alarm and intercom. 

Stairs:

A main stair connects the Ground Floor with the Eleventh Floor. Visual-tactile signage at the top and bottom of stairs. Steps with no nosing, with tactile-visual signage and no edge protection. Handrails extend onto the intermediate landings. Smooth, slippery floor surface. Uniform lighting. 

Room:

Door contrasts with the wall. The furniture does not hinder circulation. Uniform lighting. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting in toilet cubicle. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on an accessible floor with barrier free route. Glass door with no contrasted signage. Isolated steps, indicated by tactile floor surface in a contrasting colour. Menu with large, contrasted print. Uniform lighting. 

Meeting room:

Barrier free path, with unmarked projecting elements. Smooth, slippery floor surface, with no bumps. Uniform lighting.
