With Internet connection. There is written information on the hotel's services. TV with teletext and illuminated alarm service. The telephone allows communication with the reception desk. Plug next to the bed. Peephole in the door. The toilet door does not allow communication with the outside.

All-glass door. 

Car park:

Several public parking spaces reserved, 220x450 cm, with horizontal and vertical signage: four on Calle Eugenia Viñes, 10 m away; eight on Avenida Neptuno, 170 m away; and three on Calle Pavía, 300 m away. With an accessible, evenly paved route to the hotel. Approach area of more than 120 cm on left and right sides. Twelve reserved parking spaces, 400x320 cm, in hotel's carpark. With horizontal signage, even paving and accessible route to the hotel via a lift. Approach area of more than 120 cm on left and right sides. 

Access:

Main entrance with five steps, 17 cm high, served by a ramp with 10% incline, 800 cm long and 200 cm wide, with no handrail. Revolving door at the main entrance, with alternative doors with vertical handles, opening inward, on both sides. 

Reception:

Located on accessible floor with no changes in level. Counter 110 cm high, 100 cm clearance and 42 cm depth underneath. 

Indoor mobility:

The main building has four upper floors and two basements. There are two annexed buildings for events, with large gardens. Corridors more than 120 cm wide, with no changes in level. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. Door with at least 80 cm clear width. 

Toilets in communal areas:

An adapted cubicle in the men's toilet and another one in the women's toilet. With an accessible route. Door marked with a standardised symbol. Slip-resistant floor surface. Door with door handle, opening outward, with 97 cm clear width. With spring hinge. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Cubicle door with door handle, opening outward, with 92 cm clear width. With spring hinge. Easy to handle lock. The lock can be opened from the outside in the event of an emergency. Turning circle inside the cubicle is 150 cm in diameter. The washbasin is 88 cm high, with no pedestal or front panel. The basin is 59 cm wide, with 77 cm clearance underneath. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Turning tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 104 cm. Approach to the toilet, 70 cm wide on the left side and more than 150 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 41 cm. Grab bars at a height of 85 cm. Fixed on the left side and foldable on the right side. Distance between grab bars, 70 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle. 

Lift:

Two lifts connect Floor -2 with Floor Four. Located on an accessible floor with an accessible route. Main lift, giving access to the carpark, has a door with 80 cm clear width and a 200x200 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 100 cm; height of cab buttons, 100 cm; and height of handrail, 90 cm. 

Stairs:

Two stairs connect Basement Two and the Fourth Floor. There is an alternative route accessible by lift. Each section comprises 20 standardised steps with 15 cm riser height and 30 cm tread depth. Single handrail on the left side, at a height of 105 cm. Not extended onto intermediate landings or lift boarding and landing areas. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. 

Adapted room:

Located on an accessible floor. Door with 92 cm clear width. Bed 60 cm high with access to light control mechanisms. Barrier-free approach to bed on both sides, more than 120 cm wide. Height of wardrobe shelves and drawers, 70-180 cm. Door pulls difficult to open. 

Adapted en-suite toilet:

Sliding door with 91 cm clear width. Easy to handle lock. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. The washbasin is 83 cm high, with no pedestal or front panel. The basin is 78 cm in depth, with 49 cm clearance underneath. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Turning tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 95 cm. Approach to the toilet, 88 cm wide on the left side and 165 cm in front. Height of seat, 40 cm. Folding grab bars on both sides, at a height of 65 cm. Distance between grab bars, 57 cm. Slip-resistant shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Folding and turning seat at a height of 40 cm; 43 cm width and 40 cm depth. With 60 cm for front approach, 60 cm approach on the left side and 60 cm on the right side. Wall-mounted accessible mixer tap, at a height of 90 cm. With telephone next to toilet. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on Ground Floor, with an accessible route. Door with 220 cm clear width. One-leg tables with no cross bar. Height of lower edge, 77 cm; 90 cm width and 72 cm depth. At least 120 cm clear width between tables. Height of self-service counter, 90 cm; 90 cm clearance underneath and 83 cm depth. No possibility of sliding a tray along the entire length of counter. Food and items placed at a height of 90 cm. 

Meeting room:

Located on an accessible floor. Door with 180 cm clear width. Furniture adaptable to the needs of the client. 

swimming pool:

Located outdoors, accessible via a ramp more than 9 m long, with no handrail, landings or intermediate landings. No pool lift.

Main entrance by revolving door with alternative glass doors, with high-contrast visual signs. 

Preceded by five 17 cm high steps, saved by a ramp without handrails, with a 10 % slope, 800 cm long and 200 cm wide. Anti-slip flooring.
