Access:

Main entrance with no change in level. There are three entrances to the hotel: one on the main street, with an automatic sliding glass door and a buzzer; another in the carpark leading directly to the hotel via one of the lifts; and the third one in the shopping centre, 25 steps up from the third floor. Door with 100 cm clear width. Opens automatically. 

Reception:

Located on the fourth floor, accessible via a lift. Access via a lift with a handrail and a door with 80 cm clear width and a 90x110 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 95 cm; height of cab buttons, 100 cm; and height of handrail, 95 cm. Adapted counter 80 cm high, with a clear space underneath 70 cm high and 45 cm deep.

Indoor mobility:

Route with no changes in level. Corridors more than 120 cm wide. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. 

Toilets in communal areas:

Adapted cubicles in the men's and women's toilets. Signage on door with standardised symbol. Slip-resistant floor surface. Sliding toilet door with 85 cm clear width. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. The lock can be opened from the outside in the event of an emergency. Turning circle inside the cubicle is 150 cm in diameter. Washbasin at a height of 83 cm; 45 cm wide and 65 cm deep. Mixer tap. Approach to the toilet, 80 cm wide on the left side and 120 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 40 cm. Folding grab bars on both sides, at a height of 60 cm. Distance between grab bars, 65 cm. With alarm system inside the cubicle. 

Lift:

Three lifts connect all the floors in the hotel, with 80 cm clear width and a 90x110 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 95 cm; height of cab buttons, 100 cm; and height of handrail, 95 cm.

Sliding cubicle door with 80 cm clear width. There is a space behind the door of 150 cm or more. Washbasin adjustable up to a height of 45 cm. With no front panel, with a clear space underneath 68 cm wide and 56 cm deep. Mixer tap. Space to approach the toilet, 110 in front, 60 cm on the right side and more than 150 cm on the left side. Height of seat, 45 cm. There are toilet seat adapters. Folding grab bars on both sides, at a height of 70 cm. Distance between grab bars, 65 cm. Adapted shower, level with the toilet floor. Shower seat with 120 cm for front approach, 80 cm on the left side and 80 cm on the right. Folding seat at a height of 45 cm; 45 cm wide and 45 cm depth. Mixer tap. Horizontal grab bars, placed 35 cm from the seat and at a height of 70 cm.

Located on reception hall floor, with an accessible route. Door with 90 cm clear width. Tables 75 cm high with four legs and no cross bar. Height of lower edge, 70 cm; 70 cm width and 60 cm depth. At least 120 cm aisle width between the tables and the buffet. 

Meeting room:

Located on the mezzanine floor, with an accessible route. Door with 85 cm clear width. The table is 75 cm high. Height of lower edge, 70 cm; 70 cm width and 60 cm depth. Plug boxes built into the floor.

Main lift with contrasted buttons, in Braille characters and embossed. Equipped with a handrail. Equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. Floor in front of the lift door indicated with a tactile-visual strip. Equipped with an audio alarm and intercom.
