Access:

The entrance gate to the hotel premises is closed at night. It can be opened with the room key or, failing this, by pressing the bell for it to be opened from reception. There is another bell at the entrance door to the building. Partly glass entrance doors. 

Reception:

Reception desk 115 cm high with no induction loop. 

Indoor mobility:

With written information on the hotel services. There are information panels with pictograms or short texts. 

Communal toilets:

No visual aide to indicate free or occupied. 

Lift:

There is a lift that connects all the floors in the hotel. With visual information inside the cab. 

Room:

With Internet connection. TV with teletext. The telephone allows communication with the reception desk. No plugs next to the bed. No peephole in the door. The toilet door allows communication with the outside. 

Car park:

Two reserved public parking spaces approximately 220x450 cm, with vertical and horizontal signage, at the hotel gate. Route with no changes in level. 

Access:

In case it is closed, there is a bell and opens with the room key, at a height of 145 cm. 109 cm clear width. No change in level. Access to the building via an automatic double door with more than 90 cm clear width. The bell and opening system in case it is closed at night are placed at a height of 152 cm. No change in level. 

Reception:

Located on Ground Floor, with no changes in level. Counter 80 cm high, 70 cm clearance and more than 90 cm depth underneath. There is an area with computers available. Table 76 cm high, with a clear space underneath 70 cm high. More than 50 cm clear depth underneath 

Indoor mobility:

Building with six floors communicated by a staircase and a lift. No changes in level in the routes on each floor. Corridors more than 120 cm wide, with a smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. All of the doors have a minimum 80 cm clear width. 

Toilets in communal areas:

The adapted toilet is in the women's. Signage on door with non-standardised symbol. Slip-resistant floor surface. Toilet door opening inwards with a handle placed at a height of 103 cm. Cubicle door with 80 cm clear width and no spring hinges. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. The lock can be opened from the outside in the event of an emergency. No room inside the cubicle for a turning circle of 150 cm in diameter. Washbasins with no pedestal and 85 cm high. The basin is 45 cm wide, with 74 cm clearance underneath. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 100 cm from the floor. Approach to the toilet, 34 cm wide on the right side, 45 cm on the left side and more than 120 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 44 cm. Fixed grab bar on the right at a height of 64 cm and foldable grab bar on the left at a height of 67 cm. Distance between grab bars, 83 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle. 

Lift:

There is a lift that connects all the floors in the hotel. Door with a 80 cm clear width and a 106x138 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 110-117 cm; height of cab buttons, 99-120 cm. 

Stairs:

A stair connects all the floors in the hotel. Two sections per floor of eight steps each, with some exceptions. Steps with 18 cm riser height and 28 cm tread depth. With handrails on both sides of stair, at a height of 101-105 cm and not extended onto intermediate landings or lift landings. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. 

Adapted room:

There are three adapted rooms, located on the First, Fourth and Fifth floors. Door with 77 cm clear width. Obstacle-free access to the bed, 66 cm on the right, more than 120 cm from the left and 67 cm free space at the front. Bed 63 cm high with access to light control mechanisms. Height of environmental controls, 102 cm. Open wardrobe shelves and drawers, at a height of between 53 and 168 cm. 

Adapted en-suite toilet:

Sliding door, with a handle placed at a height of 97-112 cm. With 77 cm clear width. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Washbasin 88 cm high, no pedestal, with a clear space underneath 73 cm high and 50 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 106 cm. Approach to the toilet, 38 cm wide on the right side, more than 120 cm on the left side and 67 cm in front. Height of seat, 38 cm. Folding grab bars on both sides, at a height of 64 cm. Distance between grab bars, 50 cm. Slip-resistant shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Free-standing shower seat 47 cm long and 27 cm wide. With more than 120 cm approach from the front. Mixer tap at a height of 86 cm. Horizontal grab bar height, 77 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on Ground Floor, with an accessible route. Doorless entrance, with more than 120 cm clear width. Single-leg and pedestal tables, both 76 cm high and 69-73 cm clear space underneath, respectively. At least 120 cm aisle width between the tables, occasionally narrowing to approx. 74 cm. Self-service counter 90 cm high, with no clear space underneath. More than 120 cm clear width to allow passage along edge of counter. No possibility of sliding a tray along the entire length of counter. Food and items placed at a height of 90 cm to 141 cm. Microwave available opposite reception at a height of 114-134 cm. Terrace located outside of the Ground Floor, accessible with no change in level. Tables 70 cm high, with a clear space underneath 67 cm high.

Men's and women's toilets indicated with non-standardised pictograms, non-tactile and in contrasting colours, placed at a height of 160 cm. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting with no timer. Slip-resistant floor surface. No unmarked barriers and projecting elements. 

Lift:

There is a lift that connects all the floors in the hotel. With contrasted buttons, in Braille characters and embossed. Not equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. It has an intercom. 

Stairs:

A stair connects all the floors in the hotel. Two sections per floor of eight steps each, with some exceptions. Steps with tactile-visual strips, with edge protection and no nosing. With handrails on both sides of stair, not extended onto intermediate landings or lift landings. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. 

Room:

Door contrasts with the wall. Rooms numbered with tactile signage. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. The furniture hinders movement. Uniform lighting. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting in toilet cubicle. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on Ground Floor with barrier free route. Open access, with no door. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. Uniform lighting.
