The room has an Internet connection. Television with teletext. There is written information on the hotel's services. Plug next to the bed. No peephole in the door. The toilet door does not allow communication with the outside. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

No round tables.

Car park:

There are two reserved parking spaces, 400x320 cm, in private carpark. With horizontal signage, on a slope with a 3% incline, and uneven paving. 

Access:

Entrance with a ramp, 14% incline, 60 cm long and 200 cm wide. Automatic door with 108 cm clear width. 

Reception:

Located on Ground Floor, accessible, with no changes in level. Counter 90 cm high, 88 cm clearance and 5 cm depth underneath. 

Indoor mobility:

Corridors 120 cm wide, occasionally narrowing to 100 cm with no changes in level. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. 

Toilets in communal areas:

There are adapted cubicles in the men's and women's toilets, both with the same characteristics. With an accessible route. Sliding toilet door with no change in level, a handle opening inwards and 80 cm clear width. No spring hinge. Sliding cubicle door opening with C-type handle, with 80 cm clear width. No spring hinge. Easy to handle lock. Washbasin 83 cm high with no front panel; 76 cm clear space underneath and 9 cm wide. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Height of the lower edge of the mirror, 104 cm. Upright. Width to approach the toilet, 80 cm on the right side and 123 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 40 cm. Folding grab bar on right side, at a height of 72 cm. With alarm system inside the cubicle and, in case of emergency, the lock can be opened from the outside. 

Lift:

Two identical lifts connect the Ground Floor with the Fifth Floor. Located on an accessible floor with an accessible route. Main lift with 80 cm clear door width and cab 100 x 125 cm. Height of call buttons, 90 cm; height of cab buttons, 100 cm; and height of handrail, 90 cm. 

Stairs:

A main stair connects the Ground Floors with the Fifth Floor. There is an alternative accessible route. There are four sections of twenty even steps with 18 cm riser height and 14 cm tread depth. Stair with a single handrail on one side, at a height of 90 cm. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. 

Adapted room:

Located on an accessible floor. Door with 80 cm clear width. Barrier free space to approach the bed, and with 70 cm clear access on the right side. Bed 56 cm high with access to control mechanisms. Height of environmental controls, 65 cm. Height of wardrobe shelves and drawers, 55-90 cm. Easy to open pulls. 

Adapted en-suite toilet:

Sliding door, a C-type handle and 81 cm clear width. No spring hinge. Lock easy to handle and open. Washbasin 85 cm high, no pedestal, with a clear space underneath 74 cm high and 45 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 100 cm. Approach to the toilet, 125 cm wide on the left side and 150 cm in front. Height of seat, 40 cm. Folding grab bar, at a height of 65 cm. Slip-resistant shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Shower seat with 125 cm for front approach, 20 cm on the left side and 20 cm on the right. Seat fixed to the wall, with back, at a height of 47 cm; 83 cm wide and 33 cm depth. Mixer tap at a height of 130 cm, mounted on an accessible wall. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on Ground Floor, with an accessible route. One-leg tables, 72 cm high. Height of lower edge, 70 cm; 70 cm width and 32 cm depth. At least 130 cm clear width between tables. Height of self-service counter, 77 cm; clearance underneath, 75 cm; width, 15 cm. 150 cm clear width along counter, with possibility of sliding a tray along the entire length. Food and items placed at a height of 90 cm. 

Meeting room:

Located on Ground Floor, with an accessible route, on an accessible floor. Door with 180 cm clear width. The table is 70 cm high. Height of lower edge, 68 cm; 70 cm width and 40 cm depth. 

swimming pool:

The swimming pool is not equipped with a pool lift.

Access:

Automatic glass main door with high-contrast visual signage. Ramp with no handrail, 14% incline, 60 cm long and 200 cm wide. Top and bottom of ramp not indicated with visual-tactile strips. Slip-resistant floor surface. Fixed doormat behind the door. 

Reception:

Route with no changes in level and barrier free, with a smooth, slippery floor surface. With fixed doormats. Uniform lighting. Counter height, 90 cm. 

Indoor mobility:

Barrier free route with fixed carpets. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. The information signs have contrasted pictograms. Uniform lighting. 

Communal toilets:

Men's and women's toilets indicated with standardised pictograms, tactile and in a contrasting colour, placed at a height of 160 cm. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting with timer. The floor surface may be slippery. No unmarked barriers and projecting elements. 

Lift:

Main lift with contrasted buttons, in Braille characters and embossed. Handrail height, 90 cm. Not equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. Floor surface in front of the lift door indicated with a tactile-visual strip. Equipped with an audio alarm and intercom. 

Stairs:

A main stair connects the Ground Floors with the Fifth Floor. No visual-tactile signage at the top and bottom of stairs. Steps with no nosing, no tactile-visual signage and with edge protection. Handrail not extended onto landings. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. The lighting is not uniform. 

Room:

Door contrasts with the wall. The furniture does not obstruct circulation. Even flooring. Uniform lighting. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting in toilet cubicle.
