Written information on the services provided. There are information panels in each room with pictograms or short texts. No emergency alarms with visual alerts. 

Communal toilets:

No visual aide to indicate free or occupied. No gap underneath the cubicle door. 

Lift:

There is a stop button and visual information inside and outside of cab. Visual emergency alert. Solid door. 

Room:

With Internet connection. There is written information on the hotel's services. TV with teletext. The telephone allows communication with the reception desk. Plug next to the bed. No peephole in the door. The toilet door does not allow communication with the outside. 

Car park:

Two parking spaces reserved in the hotel's own carpark, more than 220x450 cm, with horizontal signage. Route with no changes in level to the lift that connects to the hotel. Doors to the lift with at least 80 cm clear width. There are also several reserved parking spaces in a public carpark shared with the Hotel. With vertical and horizontal signage, access to the hotel via a lift. 

Access:

Entrance with no steps. Automatic door with 138 cm clear width. 

Reception:

Located on the Ground Floor and route with no changes in level. Counter height, 110 cm. 

Indoor mobility:

The hotel occupies Floors 14 to 23 of the building, connected via stairs and two lifts. Corridors more than 120 cm wide, with a smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. It may be slippery in some areas. Corridor doors with at least 80 cm clear width. 

Toilets in communal areas:

Located on the 14th Floor. There is an adapted unisex toilet. Signage on door with standardised symbol. Slip-resistant floor surface. Toilet door opening with a handle placed at a height of 101 cm and with 77 cm clear width. There is no space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. The lock can be opened from the outside in the event of an emergency. Washbasin height, 85 cm. The basin has a clear space underneath 65 cm high and 17 cm deep. Mixer tap. Approach to the toilet, 120 cm wide on the left side, 17 cm on the right side and 69 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 41 cm. Fixed grab bar on the right at a height of 80 cm and a foldable grab bar on the left at a height of 57-59 cm. No timer on the lighting. 

Lift:

There are two identical lifts that connect all the floors in the hotel. They have doors with 90 cm clear width and 140x120 cm cabs. Height of call buttons, 105 cm; height of cab buttons, 87-122 cm; and height of handrail, 89 cm. 

Stairs:

There are two sections per floor with 9-11 even steps, respectively, with 18 cm riser height and 38 cm tread depth. Handrail on one side of stair, at a height of 75-93 cm. 

Adapted room:

There are three rooms reserved for people with limited mobility. Door with 85 cm clear width. Approach to the bed, 70 cm, with no barriers on the right side. The approach on the left side is more than 120 cm wide. Bed 56 cm high with access to light control mechanisms. Height of environmental controls, 150 cm. Height of wardrobe shelves and drawers, 4-175 cm. Easy to open pulls. 

Adapted en-suite toilet:

Sliding door with 83 cm clear width. There is a space of 150 cm or more in front of and behind the door, narrowing to 78 cm inside the bathroom. Washbasin 85 cm high with a front panel; 62 cm clear space underneath and 53 cm wide. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 90 cm. Width to approach the toilet, 14 cm on the right side and 38 cm in front. Height of seat, 42 cm. Fixed grab bar on the right at a height of 79 cm and a foldable grab bar on the left at a height of 60-81 cm. Distance between grab bars, 52 cm. The adapted rooms only have a bathtub. Bathtub with edge 57 cm high. Bathtub seat 45 cm long and 36 cm wide. Grab bars, placed 41 cm from the seat and at a height of 97-105 cm. Wall-mounted accessible mixer tap, at a height of 45 cm. With alarm system inside the cubicle. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on the 14th floor, with an accessible route. Open from 8 pm to 11 pm. The buffet has one-leg tables 76 cm high, with no cross bar. With a clear space underneath 74 cm high and 41 cm deep. At least 120-100 cm clear width between tables. Occasionally narrowing to 76 cm. Self-service counter 90 cm high, with no clear space underneath. 150 cm clear width along counter, with possibility of sliding a tray along the entire length. Food and items placed at a height of -117 cm. The restaurant is on the same floor as the buffet. It has one-leg tables, 76 cm high, with a clear space 74 cm high and 42 cm deep underneath. There is a clear width of more than 120 cm between tables, occasionally narrowing to 85 cm. Exit onto the terrace with a 27 cm change in level. 

Meeting room:

The hotel boasts three meeting rooms on Floors 15 and 16, accessible via a lift and stairs. Doors with 80-130 cm clear width. Tables with 76 cm clear space underneath. 

swimming pool:

Located on the 24th floor of the hotel. Access to the pool via a ramp with 5.8% incline, 343 cm long and 130 cm wide. The stair has three sections with 12-5-9 steps respectively, with 20 cm high, 29 cm tread depth, edge protection and no risers. It may be slippery when wet. Accessible route via stair lift. The swimming pool is equipped with a hydraulic pool lift. 

Access:

Automatic glass door with no changes in level, 138 cm clear width and low-contrast visual signage. Slippery floor surface. Fixed doormat behind the door. 

Reception:

Barrier free path with no changes in level. Counter height, 110 cm, with direct lighting. 

Indoor mobility:

Barrier free route. Smooth, slippery floor surface, with no bumps. Some information signs have non-contrasted pictograms. Uniform lighting. 

Communal toilets:

Men's and women's toilets indicated with standardised pictograms, non-tactile and in a contrasting colour, placed at a height of 165 cm. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting with no timer. Slip-resistant floor surface. No unmarked barriers and projecting elements. 

Lift:

Main lift with contrasted buttons, in Braille characters and embossed. Handrail height, 89 cm. There is no audible signal to indicate a floor landing and no audible alarm. 

Stairs:

There are two sections per floor with 9-11 even steps, respectively, with 18 cm riser height and 38 cm tread depth. No visual-tactile signage at the top and bottom of stairs. Stairs with nosing, but no edge protection on one side. Handrail not extended onto landings. 

Room:

Door not contrasted with the wall. Smooth floor surface. The furniture does not hinder circulation. Uniform lighting. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting in toilet cubicle. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Barrier free route. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface, with no bumps. Menu with large, contrasted print. Uniform lighting. 

Meeting room:

The furniture may hinder movement. The rooms have carpeted and wood flooring. Uniform lighting. 

swimming pool:

Access to the pool via a ramp with 343 cm long and 130 cm wide. With no handrails or tactile-visual strips. The stair has three sections with 12-5-9 steps respectively, with 20 cm high, 29 cm tread depth, edge protection and no risers. It may be slippery when wet. There are changing rooms with a sauna for men and women.
