Parking:

It has two floors of its own car park, accessible by a staircase with a maximum of eleven steps, 19 cm high and 25 cm of footprint. With handrails on one side at a height of 97 cm.

Main entrance without unevenness, by means of a revolving door without a speed reduction button. With alternative double-leaf doors, opening outwards by means of a vertical handle located at a height of 38-136 cm. Clear passage width of more than 120 cm with both leaves open.

The building has five floors, connected by a staircase and a lift.

Access staircase to the mezzanine with two sections of eleven and four wedge-shaped steps, 11 cm high and 30 cm tread at its middle point. With double handrail on one side, located at 95 cm high. Extended at intermediate landings and embarkation/disembarkation areas. Non-slip and homogeneous flooring. Alternative itinerary by means of a lift.  

Adapted room:

Located on the third floor, with accessible itinerary. 

Door with 80 cm wide free passage. With return spring. Opening with a handle located at 103 cm in height. 

Access to the bed 100 cm from the right side, 140 cm from the left side and 110 cm from the front. 

Bed 47 cm high with access to light control mechanisms.

They have non-contrasting buttons, without Braille and bas-relief. With handrails at a height of 80 cm. There are no audible signals to indicate the stop floor and the direction of travel. The floor in front of the door is not marked with a tactile-visual strip. It does not have an audible alarm signal but it does have an intercom.  

Stairs:

Two general staircases between the ground and fifth floors, with two sections per floor of nine steps each, 17 cm high and 30 cm tread. Steps without an opening, with tactile-visual signs and without a protective base on one side. Beginning and end of the staircase without tactile-visual signs. With double handrails on one side and single handrails on the other, located at a height of 100 cm.
