With Internet connection. There is no written information on the hotel's services. TV with teletext. The telephone allows communication with the reception desk. No peephole in the door. The toilet door does not allow communication with the outside.

Two 220x420 cm public parking spaces reserved, with vertical and horizontal signage Plaza de la Reina 100 m away, with an accessible route to the hotel. 

Access:

Door with 100 cm clear width, permanently open. Ramp with 9% incline, 300 cm long and 100 cm wide immediately after the door.

Located on Ground Floor, with an accessible route. Desk 115 cm high, with no clear space underneath.

Building with three floors communicated by a stair and a lift. Route with no changes in level and a smooth floor surface. Corridors more than 120 cm wide. In general, the doors have a minimum 80 cm clear width. 

Toilets in communal areas:

One unisex toilet located on ground floor, with an accessible route. Signage on door with standardised symbol. Slip-resistant floor surface. Sliding toilet door with 65 cm clear width. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. The lock can be opened from the outside in the event of an emergency. Turning circle inside the cubicle is 150 cm in diameter. Washbasin 80 cm high, 70 cm clear space underneath and 45 cm wide. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 95 cm. Approach to the toilet, 80 cm wide on the left side and 120 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 40 cm. Fixed grab bar on the right side and foldable grab bar on the left, both at a height of 62 cm. Distance between grab bars, 65 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle.

A single lift connects the ground floor to the third floor. With 80 cm clear width and a 95 x 130 cm cab. Call button height, 100 cm and handrail height, 90 cm. 

Adapted room:

Located on the First Floor, with accessible access. Door with 90 cm clear width. Barrier free space to approach the bed, 60 cm on the right side and left side against the wall. Bed 50 cm high with no access to light control mechanisms. 

En-suite toilet:

Sliding door with 85 cm clear width. There is a space behind the door of 150 cm or more. Washbasin 80 cm high, with a clear space underneath 60 cm high and 45 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Approach to the toilet, more than 120 cm wide on the right side and in front. Height of seat, 40 cm. Fixed grab bar on right side, at a height of 65 cm. Folding grab bar on left side, at a height of 65 cm. Distance between grab bars, 70 cm. Slippery shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Shower seat with more than 120 cm for front approach, 70 cm on the left side and with more than 80 cm on the right. Folding seat fixed to the wall at a height of 40 cm; 48 cm wide and 30 cm depth. Wall-mounted accessible mixer tap, at a height of 110 cm.

Permanently open glass door with no contrasted visual signage. Ramp with no handrail, 300 cm long and 100 cm wide with slip-resistant surface immediately after the door. Top and bottom of ramps indicated with visual-tactile strips.

Barrier free route. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface, with no bumps. Information labels with contrasted, embossed pictograms. Uniform lighting. 

Communal toilets:

Unisex toilets indicated with tactile standardised pictograms in contrasting colours. Placed at a height of 175 cm. Toilet door not contrasted with the wall. Uniform lighting with no timer. Slip-resistant floor surface. No unmarked barriers and projecting elements. 

Lift:

A single lift connects the ground floor to the third floor. With contrasted buttons, in Braille characters and embossed. Handrail height, 90 cm. Equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. Floor in front of the lift door indicated with a tactile-visual strip. 

Room:

Door not contrasted with the wall. Smooth floor surface. The furniture does not obstruct circulation. Overhanging television which may obstruct the route. The lighting is not uniform. Toilet door does not contrast with the wall. Uniform lighting in toilet cubicle.
