Interior mobility:

The building has three floors of its own car park, a semi-basement (supermarket), a ground floor and six upper floors. All of them are connected by conventional and mechanical stairs and lifts. On each floor, there are no unevennesses.

With written information on the services provided. There are information panels with pictograms or short texts, signposting spaces and itineraries.

Customer Service Point located on the sixth floor.

Changing rooms:

There are changing rooms with door and curtain opening, without free/occupied visual signs.

With a free lower band on the cabin door.

There are toilets on all floors of the building, except for the ground floor.

Lift:

Lift between floors Parking 2 and Quinta with stop indicator and visual information in the cabin and outside.

Lift between the Fifth and Sixth floors with a stop indicator and visual information in the cabin and on the outside. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on the sixth floor, it has round tables with a capacity for five people each.

Parking:

Six public spaces on the first floor of the car park, 300x450 cm, with vertical and horizontal signs. Access to the lifts and escalators is unrestricted. Automatic opening door of more than 120 cm

All the floors of the car park are connected by escalators and a lift.

Access:

There are four access points to the building. All of them have automatic opening doors with more than 120 cm of free passage width.

From Calle Pintor Sorolla, access to the ground floor by means of a staircase with two sections of four steps each, with handrails on both sides. Alternative route by means of a ramp with two sections of 30% and 20% slope, 192 and 240 cm long and 77 cm wide. With handrails on one side at a height of 87 cm.

Access to the semi-basement floor by means of a staircase with two sections of nine and ten steps, with side and central handrails.

Both staircases have 16 cm high steps and 34 cm tread. Handrails situated at a height of 107-117 cm.

From Calle Pintor Sorolla-Parterre, access to the ground floor by means of a staircase with two sections of five and four steps, 17 cm high and 34 cm tread. With handrails on both sides and in the centre, situated at a height of 107-117 cm.

Access from Calle Juan de Austria and Calle Colón with no unevenness.

Toilets:

There are adapted unisex toilets on all floors of the building except for the ground floor.

Toilet door opening inwards with type C handle, with 100 cm clear width. Without return spring, except for the toilet in the cafeteria. A circle with a diameter of 150 cm can be inscribed in front of the door.

In case of emergency, the lock allows opening from the outside.

Inside the cabin a circle with a diameter of more than 150 cm can be inscribed.

Anatomical washbasin, 75 cm high, with a support bar that can be folded to the left to a height of 67 cm and fixed to the right at 70 cm. Lower free height of 68 cm and depth of 55 cm. It is not possible to use it from the toilet. Pressure tap.

Inclined mirror with edge less than 108 cm from the floor.

Toilet access space of 21 cm on the right side, over 150 cm on the left side and over 120 cm front access.

Toilet seat 48 cm high, support bar folding to the left and fixed to the right, both 78 cm high. 64 cm separation between bars.

Stairs:

There are two emergency staircases with three sections per floor with between six and twelve steps each, 17 cm high and 32 cm tread. With a simple handrail on one side of the staircase, located at 95 cm in height, extended at intermediate landings. Non-slip and homogeneous flooring.

90 cm wide escalators between the Parking 3 and Sexta floors. With handrail situated at 94 cm high and two steps flush at the beginning and end. With alternative route by means of a lift. 

Lift:

Lift between floors Parking 2 and Quinta with free passage width of 110 cm and car of 210x157 cm. Call buttons at 109 cm high and interior buttons at 97-124 cm high. No handrails. Without mirror.

Lift between the fifth and sixth floors with a free passage width of 80 cm and a cabin of 139x108 cm. Call buttons at 114 cm high, interior buttons at 108-117 cm high and handrails at 90 cm high. Without front mirror 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on the sixth floor, with no unevenness. Entrance space with more than 120 cm wide free passage.

Corridors with more than 120 cm of free passage width.

Single-foot tables, 74.5 cm high. At the bottom, 71.5 cm high, 60 cm wide and 31 cm deep.

Reserved area with sliding door over 120 cm wide.

Access to the terrace without unevenness, by means of automatic opening doors with more than 120 cm wide free passage.

From Calle Pintor Sorolla-Parterre, access to the ground floor via a staircase with two sections of five and four steps, with handrails on both sides and in the centre. 

All the staircases have steps without an opening, with a protective base on both sides and with visual touch strips on each step. No tactile signs at the beginning and end of the staircase. Non-slip flooring. 

Access from Calle Juan de Austria and Calle Colón with no unevenness.

Lift between floors Parking 2 and Quinta with contrasting buttons, in Braille and with high relief. No handrails. 

Lift between the 5th and 6th floors with contrasting buttons, in braille and with high relief. With handrails at a height of 90 cm. 

None has sound signals indicating the stop floor and the direction of travel. Floor in front of the door not marked with a tactile-visual strip. They have an audible alarm signal and intercom. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on the sixth floor, with a level-free route. 

Non-slip, homogeneous flooring without eyebrows. 

Menu with contrasting texts in large, medium and small fonts. 

Homogeneous illumination.
