Departure times differ depending on the season and day of the week, so please call +34 963 816 066 or contact valencia@mundomarino.es to confirm the time of the activity on the selected date.

The departure point is the Mundomarino pier at Muelle de la Aduana, s/n, next to the Veles e Vents building. Please be ready to board 15 minutes before departure.

When booking, you have to specify the day of the trip.

We will email you the tickets so you can print them out, or download the eTickets on your phone.

Reduced rate for children ages 4 to 12.

10% discount with the Valencia Tourist Card. The discount is individual and non-transferable (one per card).
STARTING POINT
Tickets can't be cancelled or refunded, but you can request a change of date by writing to customer service at vlcshop@visitvalencia.com. You must provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Mundomarino Refunds Policy
There will be no entitlement to a refund of the amount paid if the consumer does not arrive at the scheduled departure time, unless the parties agree otherwise. The consumer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, or to take the trip another day, in the event that the company cancels the trip for whatever reason that is not attributable to the consumer.
There will be no obligation to compensate the consumer when the trip is cancelled for reasons of force majeure. These are understood as being unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control (including weather conditions), the consequences of which could not have been avoided despite the company having acted with due diligence. In this case the consumer will receive a voucher for the amount paid, to be redeemed on another date during the season.
Discount with the Valencia Tourist Card: 10%
The 10% discount is individual and non-transferable, like the Valencia Tourist Card.
If you are booking the activity for more than one person and want the discount, you will need as many VTCs as people doing the activity.
When buying, you will see the final price with the discount detailed in the shopping cart.
