Discover the wild side of Valencia
Leopards, lemurs, giraffes, gorillas, hippos, lions, ostriches, elephants, otters... You sure didn't expect to find that in Valencia. This, and much more, is precisely what awaits you in Bioparc, a park like no other, where wild animals roam free. Thanks to the use of practically invisible barriers, you will feel like you're in the middle of the African savannah.
You can also see how they feed some animals and enjoy educational exhibits and interesting documentaries. Don't forget to check the schedule of activities and plan your visit. And if you buy your ticket online, you will avoid lines at the ticket office.

How it works
Due to capacity limits, when you buy your ticket online, you have to choose a time slot. Remember that you must show up during your assigned slot, or you won't be allowed in.

Access 10h (allows access from 10 a.m. to 11:59 a.m.)

Access 12h (allows access from noon to 1:59 p.m.)

Access 14h (allows access from 2 p.m. to 3:59 p.m.)

Access 16h (allows access from 4 p.m. until one hour before closing)
We will send you the tickets by e-mail so that you can print them out or download them to your mobile phone.
Access to the park will be through the "ONLINE TICKETS" line.
IMPORTANT: once you have passed the access line, it will not be possible to enter.
Once inside, you can remain in the park and enjoy your visit for as long as you wish until BIOPARC closes.
The entrance ticket does not allow you to re-enter the park once you have left it.
Due to weather conditions, the entrance fee will never be refunded.
Discounts and special rates

Reduced rates for children up to 12 and seniors over 65. Pensioners and people with disabilities must purchase tickets directly at ticket stalls on presentation of supporting documentation.

Admission is free for children up to 3.

If you have the Valencia Tourist Card and buy your ticket at the box office, you will get 10% off.

Returns
Tickets cannot be cancelled or returned, but you can change the date of the visit or the name on the card 48 hours in advance by writing to customer service vlcshop@visitvalencia.com.
