Log inJourney to Valencia's Golden Age
Have you seen the delicate silk fabrics of the fallas dresses? That's the legacy of Valencia's Golden Age, when the city dominated the silk trade. On this audio-guided visit to the former Colegio del Arte Mayor de la Seda, the elegant 15th-century building that houses the museum (calle Hospital, 7), you will discover the origins and evolution of the city's silk tradition through historical objects and cute demos. And if you're tempted, you'll find modern silk items in its store.
How it works:
- When you buy your ticket, you have to specify when you want to visit.
- We will email you the tickets so you can print them out, or download the eTickets on your phone.
- The audio guides are included in the ticket price. They are offered in Valencian, Spanish, English, French and Italian.

Tickets can't be cancelled or refunded, but you can request a change of date by writing to customer service at vlcshop@visitvalencia.com. You must provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Discount with the Valencia Tourist Card: Adult at Reduced tariff
The discount is individual and non-transferable, like the Valencia Tourist Card.
If you are booking the activity for more than one person and want the discount, you will need as many VTCs as people doing the activity.
