The tourist info is located in the city center, Calle de la Paz, one of the main urban arteries of Valencia, offering tourist information, personalized advice in different languages, comprehensive planning of the stay in the city, access to the purchase and booking of tourist resources of the destination, ensuring good trip organization and saving time and waiting.

ACCESSIBILITY

The office is accessible for people with reduced mobility. It has an accessible counter, a magnetic loop for people with hearing disabilities, assistance for people with reduced mobility, a magnifying glass, maps with pictograms of the city, and a map with QR routes for people with visual and hearing disabilities.

VAT Refund Service for non-EU visitors. - Global Blue and Planet Payment cheques are accepted.

Sundays and public holidays: 10.00am-1.00pm
