Located at Joaquín Sorolla Station, the office provides tourist information, personalized advice in various languages, comprehensive planning for your stay in the city, and access to booking and purchasing tourist services, ensuring smooth trip organization and time savings.

An external touchscreen KIOSK is available for purchasing and collecting the VALENCIA TOURIST CARD acquired here. This service is available 24/7.

It has an accessible counter, a magnetic loop for people with hearing disabilities, assistance for people with reduced mobility, a magnifying glass, maps with pictograms of the city, and a map with QR routes for people with visual and hearing disabilities.
