Three exhibition spaces for the artist's project, presented by the Ana Serratosa Gallery
“This Will Save Us” is a three-pronged project by artist Ghada Amer.
This action by the Ana Serratosa Gallery is curated by Pedro Medina and Viviana Kuri, and can be enjoyed in three simultaneous exhibitions from November 25 to March 5.
In them, viewers are an intrinsic part of the work; they are one of the elements that make up the whole, a fragment of nature that shares space with plants, air, insects, water and earth.
The author's intention is to take grains and crops to cities, bring the cycles of sowing and harvesting closer to urban environments and set up consumption relationships with local producers.
Where can you see the three installations?
On the one hand is the sculpture-garden, which is located in the Turia Gardens, between the Palace of Arts and the Science Museum.
The second exhibition space is the Ana Serratosa Gallery itself, in Pascual y Genís, 19, which hosts a work that addresses women's rights through the female body.
And finally, a window display in a historic building on Cabillers Street, 5. It's a space transformed by eight artists and Ghada Amer's piece, which will grab passers-by from a window.
This is undoubtedly a brilliant opportunity to enjoy and sow awareness in today's society.
