Show cooking dinners in Ma Khin

Don’t miss the Ma Khin restaurant’s show cooking dinners, a culinary experience where you can discover the secrets of Steve Anderson’s most beloved dishes and pay homage to his early restaurants: Baalbec and Seu Xerea. 

Over the course of an hour or so, you can learn techniques, how to incorporate ingredients and a whole host of recipes while enjoying a live demonstration of this great chef’s most representative dishes. 

Afterwards you can relax with a private dinner where you will taste what you have learned to cook. 

A perfect opportunity to improve your culinary skills, to meet new people and also to enjoy an evening full of culinary delights.

SHOW COOKING AND SEU-XEREA DINNER - 6 May at 7 pm 

Bring back the magic of Seu-Xerea, the place where Steve brought London’s Soho to Valencia. 

The chef will use this show cooking event to recreate three dishes from back then: 

• Panzanella salad 

• Spinach gnocchi 

• Clòtxinas in Thai Green Curry 

After the demonstration, you will have dinner with him at a private table, sharing anecdotes and good flavours. 

SHOW COOKING AND BAALBEC DINNER – 3 June at 7 pm 

Dive into the Mediterranean vision of Baalbec, where Steve Anderson and Javier Lajara (now head chef at Ma Khin) will show you how to cook three delicious dishes: 

• Fatoush salad 

• Courgette croquettes 

• Fish bougiourdi 

After the demonstration, enjoy an exclusive dinner in the company of the chefs in an experience that celebrates Baalbec’s heritage.
