Giuseppe Verdi is going to fill Les Arts with love with his opera “Ernani” next July
With opera you can live stories of love, revenge, suffering… But have you ever thought about how many kinds of love there are? Giuseppe Verdi makes us think about it in “Ernani”, which will be performed for the first time at the Palau de les Arts de València from 7th to 28th July 2023.
“Ernani” allows Verdi to deal with the different types of love: natural love and love imposed by others, shared love and solitary love, but also love for your homeland. Be it as it may, love is and always will be love.
This version of the opera will be performed by the choir and orchestra of the Generalitat Valenciana and stars Piero Pretti as Ernani and Ángela Meade as Elvira. Are you going to miss it?
