The sixth edition of the foodtech forum lands in Valencia to discuss the challenges and opportunities of food.
Valencia, European Green Capital 2024, hosts the sixth edition of "ftalks Food Summit" from June 18th to 19th, 2024, the largest forum on food innovation in Europe. It will take place at La Marina.
Decarbonization, zero waste, digitalization, new proteins, the advent of AI, or efficient water management are some of the challenges facing the food system, and here they are brought to the table to find solutions with over 30 speakers from different countries, such as Alexandra Montañes, Alex Holst, Mario Ubiali, or Claire Schlemme.
Great importance will be given to the future of food: what will we find on the supermarket shelf tomorrow? Will it be plant-based products? ftalks Food Summit reveals it in detail.
