The 39th Edition of the Cinema Jove Festival Arrives

Do you love cinema both in front of and behind the camera?

Well, there's good news for you because "Cinema Jove," one of the most significant international festivals in the audiovisual scene, is coming.

From June 20th to 29th, 2024, you can enjoy its 39th edition in various venues around the city, the Rialto Theatre, the CCCC, the Film Archive, the Main Theatre, the Espai Turia, or the Centre del Carmen, among many others with cinematic offerings from young national and international filmmakers.

This edition features talks, feature films, short films, and web series primarily characterized by themes such as family memory in times of war, historical contexts before the digital age, or dealing with the concerns and worries of youth.

In addition to the event's official sections, the organization has prepared several special cycles such as "Young Tim Burton," "Game On," and "Orbits."
