Valencia Exhibition 2023: Mediterranean Cinema

This 38th edition of Mediterranean cinema will feature both national and international films and multiple cinematographic styles

Do you like signature cinema? If so, from October 19 to 29 you have an appointment at the Mostra de Valencia, the city's most important Mediterranean film festival.

For ten days, the theaters of Babel, La Rambleta and Filmoteca will be showing all kinds of movies from countries as diverse as Palestine, Italy, Portugal and Lebanon.

"Paco Roca, drawing life", "Kobane", "Thanks, guys" and "Last night in Milan" are some of the titles that are make up the programming of this 38th edition.

Apart from bringing back the usual sections, the Mostra recovers the figure of Helena Cortesina as a pioneering filmmaker, the discovery of Edgar Pera as the last punk of European cinema, in addition to awarding the palm of honor to Paolo Sorrentino.
