RULES OF THE DRAWING:
"Drawing for a weekend for two in Valencia"
One. Organizer.
THE VISIT VALENCIA FOUNDATION OF THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT OF VALENCIA, with VAT # G46893467 and registered office at Avd. Cortes Valencianas, 41 bajo, 46015- Valencia, will make the necessary arrangements for this promotion.
Two. Participation period.
The participation period begins upon receipt of the first promotional email and ends 14 days later.
In the drawing, one winner and one alternate will be chosen. Each participant can only win one prize per drawing. The drawing will be held in Valencia in September 2022.
Three. Participation requirements.
Anyone who is invited to complete the survey after visiting the city of Valencia can enter the drawing. THE VISIT VALENCIA FOUNDATION OF THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT OF VALENCIA reserves the right to disqualify any participant who defrauds, alters or voids the proper, normal and regulatory conduct of this promotion. Likewise, any participant who intentionally or unintentionally damages or harms the image of the VISIT VALENCIA FOUNDATION OF THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT OF VALENCIA, its clients, or the other participants will be disqualified.
Four. Territorial scope and nature.
The territorial scope shall be all of Spain and the countries where the survey is conducted. Entry is free.
Five. Description of the prizes and participation process.
The prize consists of flights or train journeys for 2 people from any airport/station in Europe to Valencia with a maximum cost of €400, as well as 3 hotel nights in a double room with breakfast included in Valencia. The maximum cost of the accommodations shall be €450. If the price of the transportation or accommodations exceeds these limits, the winner must pay the difference.
The winner must travel within 12 months from the time they are notified.
In case of unavailability or force majeure, the company organizing the drawing reserves the right to change the prize for another of equal value and characteristics. To enter, participants must complete the survey after visiting the city of Valencia. The survey will be accessible through the link contained in the personalized invitation that GfK will email to them.
The winner of the Contest must comply with any tax and fiscal obligations resulting from their acceptance of the prize, in accordance with the applicable laws. Likewise, Visit Valencia will apply withholdings and taxes that are legally enforceable.
Six. Notification and conditions for awarding the prize.
Before the winners are announced, the VISIT VALENCIA FOUNDATION OF THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT OF VALENCIA will verify that the winners meet the eligibility requirements contained herein. Once said requirements are verified, the VISIT VALENCIA FOUNDATION OF THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT OF VALENCIA will inform the winning participants by email, who will have five calendar days to expressly accept or reject the prize. If they accept, the VISIT VALENCIA FOUNDATION OF THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT OF VALENCIA will email them the instructions for claiming/collecting the prize. If no reply is received, or if a winner expressly rejects the prize, it will be awarded to the alternate winners, who shall have to accept the prize in the manner and by the deadline just mentioned, and so on for the remaining alternates. Under no circumstances are the prizes transferable or redeemable for cash or other prizes.
The value of the prize will be considered a capital gain for income tax purposes and will be subject to the provisions of both the Personal Income Tax Law (IRPF) and its applicable regulations, or the corresponding regional regulations.
Seven. Reservation of rights.
The organizing company reserves the right to make any change, clarification or rectification to these rules if warranted, as well as to suspend it or extend it whenever it deems it appropriate, for reasons of force majeure. Any such changes shall be made public using the same means employed to publish these rules.
Eight. Jurisdiction.
These rules are governed by Spanish Law.
Nine. Other considerations.
By participating in this drawing, you accept these rules.
